    brilliant selection of stuff that you cant find anywhere elese, really funky and unique! have bought a fair bit. i was recommended spoilet brat by a friend & also saw an ad in closer magazine. delivery was fast (next day) and they always process refunds and returns fast. great site.

    Love this Spoiled Brat website. They are always adding new items which are so different than what you find on the highstreet.
    I have now signed up to their mailing list and get loads of discount codes, even better xx

    Spoiled Brat is an absolutely terribly website. Diabolical customer service. I sent back an item which I did not want. Despite having the relevant Royal Mail paperwork which proved that I had returned it and in good time, they refused to issue my refund. They just refused to answer calls or emails. Thank goodness I ordered with a credit card and my card issuer took up my grievance and won, and the money was repaid to me.     Found Spoiled Brat on ebay about a year ago when I snapped up some dirt cheap amplified tees and have been a regular shopper at the site which I love. A+ selection And variety and fast cutely pAcaged orders / deliveries always good after sales service too

    Lovely clothes, very expensive and awful service at Spoiled Brat - an item was not available so they just took the money for it anyway, then when I asked why I wasn't informed it wasn't in stock and why did they take the money they were rude and condescending and blamed ME! They issued a refund eventually but were really rude to me in the process. They really didn't care if I returned as a customer or not.
    I'm really surprised how they keep getting business. Any good reviews on this site was obv ...

    www.spoiledbrat.co.uk is a fabulous site. I feel very passionate about this site. I am based in USA & a regular online shopper. I also have been using this site for 3 years & have not had anything but great service, great goods & hassle free - any problems with returns / exchanges etc have all been sorted out efficiently - i totally love it & love all the brands & variety that they offer as well as the fab promotions they put on.

    Goods not received and the worst customer service Ive ever experience. Totally agree with the last review about the positive reviews as I dont have one good word to say about Spoiled Brat.

    Spoiled Brat have the the worst website ive ever ordered they have no customer service what so ever, took my money when they havent even got the product, do not use looks like im not the only one looking at other reviews, useless, all these postive reviews have probably come from them because there are so many bad ones

    Spoiled Brat is a terrible site, rude and unhelpful!
    I bought an item that was faulty when i received it. It states they refund postage on faulty items but refused to do so. I e-mailed them continuously and they finally issued me a refund on the top only. They refused to refund postage costs.
    Postage is way over priced as well

    Designed very well. Easy navigation on www.spoiledbrat.co.uk. Shame about the prices. It would cost me cheaper to order the same bag from the US with customs fees on top.

    The Spoiled Brat site is truly amazing, I have just done my 10th order in teh past 6 months. always recieve top class serivce from this site the staff are lovely and very helpfull with any questions i have aask with regrads to size's etc. items are always recieved with in 3 working days which is amazing as asos take up to a week!!!! great site and would recomment it to anyone and everyone

    I really love this site though only discovered it recently. I really wanted a Lauren Moshi top but they were a tad expensive on other sites, but spoiled brat had them for about £15 less so I ordered straight away. I placed my order on a saturday night and it arrived on Tuesday morning which I thought was fairly prompt!
    Unfortunately i entered my e-mail address incorrectly and so didn't get sent confirmation but when I e-mailed them they got back to me very quickly and amended my mistake ...

    Misleading Advertising from Spoiltbrat. The promotional advertisement was extremely misleading. I ordered Jelly Pong Pong Deluxe Package which included 6 items .... I only received 2 items!!! Under the add was a box to tick a preference of the products...hence the 2 items only. The origional add to the promotion didn't exist!!???

    Lovely friendly site which is really easy to get about. has a fantastic selection of clothes for the whole family including pet bed!!! great all round and amazing discounts and proms!! thanks spoiled brat x!!

    Goods arrived following day & I am so happy with the lauren moshi goodies. Ive been back since and they haven't requested anything as they have said i am a verified customer now. To me this has proved that this site is an honest site who are efficient at their job - well done as there is not enough of it about & its reassuring that they are checking things as I have had my card used fraudulently before which is not nice!

    I placed an order with spoiledbrat for approx £500. I got an email straight away from them asking for ID. I was a bit unsure about this procedure, but they explained that as my order was a high value and my shipping address (was my work) and not billing address they had to carry out checks. Ive never heard of this before, but called my bank and they said that its just security due to the risk of identity theft and card fraud on the internet.
