Good Points: Extremely helpful staff, amazing range of ribbon colors and sizes, immediate shipping, quite simply the best online company I've dealt with.

Bad Points: None in my experience with them

General comments: I decided to give FinerRibbon.com a try after reading the reviews about them here. I am an event planner and I use decorating satin and grosgrain ribbon a lot as well as personalized satin ribbon.At first, I did not expect anything more than any other company would offer, but immediately after my first order, I got a treatment where I felt as if I have a personal ribbon adviser working just for me. There is no inquiry of mine to which they don't find a solution and more than that, whenever I place an order with them for personalized ribbon, I just add a note with my orders asking them to confirm if the color combination I've chosen is a good one and lo and behold, they come back to me with a confirmation or recommendations on how to improve my color choices.Shipping is lightning fast, accurate and reasonably priced (they have several options to choose from). However what truly is tops with them is their personalized ribbon service! Unlike other printing companies I've tried, FinerRibbon's service is the best. The print quality is superior, the ink does not smudge or peel from their personalized ribbon and best of all, they can print absolutely anything I want in whatever layout I need. Unlike other printing companies who have a limitation when it comes to artwork or layout.Shopping from FinerRibbon.com is a lovely experience and I would recommend them highly!

Finer Ribbon are awesome to deal with. I wanted a font and graphic that didn't show on the website and when I called, they said no problem and found exactly what I wanted. The service was fast, flawless and the product was of a higher quality than I expected for the pricepoint.

Excellent company to deal with and a great product with lots of selection. The staff are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

I stumbled upon FinerRibbon.com through Google search and I can honestly say that the first class treatment I received from them was so overwhelming that I am taking the time to write a review about them.
At first glance, the site offers one of the largest collections of satin, grosgrain, and organza ribbon on the web. By largest collection, I mean both in colors and sizes - safe to say that the color palette the have is at least a few hundred.
