    Bad Points: No branch banking. But OK if you don't need to make a
    deposit every week to pay your bills.


    General comments: 1. Very safe bank. Adheres to the old rules of sound lending practices. A borrower must show the ability to pay before the bank approves a loan.
    2. Exceptional customer service.

    In this disastrous economic times State Farm Bank sets the
    bar at how a bank should operate to stay financially sound.

    I am both an insurance client and bank client and have had numerous experiences with both.
    The attendants are most helpful and personable. I really enjoy doing business with them. I also love the % refund on all purchases. I have tried sky miles and I had rather take my money and purchase my own flights than to fool with all the red tape associated with sky miles. I recently lost 40,000 sky miles because I didn ' t use soon enough. I don't have to worry about loosing my refund dollars from State ...

    I have been with State Farm Bank since 8-2003. It was fantastic, until they upgraded their software with a new vendor.
