Good Points: Selection of fabrics nice, attractive sofas.
Bad Points: Springs sprung within 5 years, when i called manufacturer they gave me the run around and I accomplished nothing. Couch in family room, also Broyhill, my cushions lost their life after only 3 years and fabric on both couch sets did not stand up more than 4 years.
General comments: I will never buy Broyhill again.

We purchased a Broyhill sofa and loveseat in October 2001. Three months later all of the cushions and stuffing needed to be replaced, and the back cushions had to be re-sewn onto the frame. Less than one year later, again the cushions and filling needed to be replaced and the frame was failing. Broyhill sent cushions by UPS, but refused to address the frame, saying we should expect "wear and tear".
