Ordered a Dymo label printer that was on offer, buy one get one free. Price was more expensive than elsewhere, but 2-for-1 offer made it unbeatable... too good to be true! Waited 5 days for delivery before I emailed them. They said product has been discontinued although it is widely available elsewhere, and is still listed on their website! Even more annoying is I had to email them to get the refund processed! (read more)

Online office stationary shop. Really good prices, brought printer cartridges at lower price than ebay! Spent more than £60 so didn't have to pay for postage. Emailed them as ordered something I didn't want and they changed it straight away. Parcel arrived next morning. Really excellent service will definitely use again. (read more)

BEWARE*******wouldnt touch this company with a bargepole!!! BEWARE any large ITEMS I ORDERED WERE DAMAGED SO I GAVE UP AFTER 5 ATTEMPTS!
I RETURNED THE GOODS TO THEIR COURIERS WHO GAVE ME A RECEIPT, HOWEVER EVEN AFTER DEMANDING A FAXED COPY, IT TOOK 2 WEEKS AND SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS THREATENING LEGAL ACTION TO GET A REFUND!!
THEY CLAIM THEIR POLICY FOR REFUNDS IS THAT THE GOODS HAVE TO BE RECEIVED AT THEIR SUPPLIERS BEFORE THEY WILL REFUND, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN COLLECTED FROM THE END...

Their website is easy to use, it's quick to register and place orders. I ordered some paper and cartridges a couple of weeks ago. Paper arrived next day and their customer service phoned me the same day to let me know that one of the cartridges was discontinued and not available. They offered me different brand which arrived the following day and was even cheaper. This came again the next day and I was credited the difference.
Excellent customer service and really happy with this...

Paperpunch.com is a great site easy to use, especially the toner search, i was not sure what toners i needed for my HP printer, their search tool helped locate the toners quickly, they were also cheaper than i had paid before. Impressed that they turned up next day, (read more)

I was looking for an all in one machine fax copier scanner for my home office. I telephoned a number of suppliers for a recommendation with varied results but was most impressed by the young man at Paperpunch who was both knowledgeable and patient. (I am in my 70s and new to the internet) we eventually agreed on a Brother MFC-490CW.

I ordered an expensive diary from here last week, was told it was next day delivery. Didn't arrive, so I contacted them, and they told me I had been carded and it would be redelivered the next day...I work in a busy office, with secretaries available to take any parcels (I'm sure it happens that deliveries are missed, but the chances are low).
Sure enough, nothing arrived the next day. So I emailed them. No response. Next day I emailed every email I could find associated with the website...

We have used this company once and all I can say is avoid them like the plague. We needed an item urgently so we phoned beforehand to check it was in stock and paid for next-day delivery. Needless to say it never arrived. We have asked for our money back and still not received it. They phoned us 4 or 5 weeks after we placed the original order to say we had declined the delivery - no, it just never turned up, even though we were sat here like turnips waiting for it.
