    Paperpunch.com is a great site easy to use, especially the toner search, i was not sure what toners i needed for my HP printer, their search tool helped locate the toners quickly, they were also cheaper than i had paid before. Impressed that they turned up next day,

    I bought a Brother MFC from www.paperpunch.com. I found the price to be on the button and the buying process simple. There was one thing I didn't understand so I called them on the sales hotline - it was answered immediately and they were friendly and very helpful

    I was looking for an all in one machine fax copier scanner for my home office. I telephoned a number of suppliers for a recommendation with varied results but was most impressed by the young man at Paperpunch who was both knowledgeable and patient. (I am in my 70s and new to the internet) we eventually agreed on a Brother MFC-490CW.

    Ordered a item from Paperpunch that I had tried to get from usual supplier Euroffice but was let down on. Ordered it Thursday evening and it was delivered on Friday. Just checked the price I paid and as a bonus it was 25% cheaper than what I had paid before

    I ordered an expensive diary from here last week, was told it was next day delivery. Didn't arrive, so I contacted them, and they told me I had been carded and it would be redelivered the next day...I work in a busy office, with secretaries available to take any parcels (I'm sure it happens that deliveries are missed, but the chances are low).

    I have used this company on twice and will recommend them to anybody as a good supplier.

    I was very satisfied with the speed of delivery and help and advise from customer services as second to none.

    Very competitive prices.

    We have used this company once and all I can say is avoid them like the plague. We needed an item urgently so we phoned beforehand to check it was in stock and paid for next-day delivery. Needless to say it never arrived. We have asked for our money back and still not received it. They phoned us 4 or 5 weeks after we placed the original order to say we had declined the delivery - no, it just never turned up, even though we were sat here like turnips waiting for it.
