Nice apartment in a nice location, I got a last minute offer and cost me around 100 Eur per night, for 3 persons. All the bedrooms were very spacious. The only problem was that one bathroom didn't have shower. (read more)

We used the gobcn apartment serviced last month(living eixample flat) and this is our feedback: Cheap and cool apartment for families, clean . The location is quiet and safe and close to convenience stores it made it easy to purchase water. Owner contacts were accomodating and easily available to answer questions. The only bad thing, no internet wifi only USB internet (we could not use it with our mac) and the kitchen was very small. Would definitely use your services again. (read more)

The apartment genesis ramblas, was cosy and clean, modern with everything that we would need for our stay. Your contact person was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to answer any questions we had and to find us a taxi for our return jouney (which we greatly appreciated) All of us would have no hesitaion in returning to your beautiful city in the futue and would have no hesitation in contacting your company should we require accomodation. I wrote a detailed review but gobn apartments don't show it on the feedback side. there are 4 older reviews from 2008 with very positive feedbacks. contact person and location were good but the apartment is poor. they put many beds in it in order to hoste larger groups (and charge per person) to maximize profit. but the kitchen is very small, the living room and the eating corner have no window to the outside and are not made for more than 8 persons. also the streetside rooms are noicy... We visited Barcelona few days ago, and stayed at the apartment Eixample Delight booked with gobcn, great location convenient for walking into city centre and taking the Metro. At back of apartment block, so very quiet, and the air conditioning was lovely. Excellent service, could use again. We had a brilliant stay (2 adults, 2 teenage boys). (read more)

We are satisfied with our stay at Rainbow apartment. I wish the bathroom was bigger, because the rest of the apartment is spacious. The location was perfect for us, because some of us had to go to Casteldefels almost every day, and the others went to the town, visiting the tourist attractions... The Paralel station is just a few minutes from the apartment. I would recommend the apartment and the gobcn staff. (read more)

We had chosen this apartment for its great location (which was in fact very pleasant), and because the pictures we found on the web led us to believe the atmosphere in the rental would be great. These pictures are not true to reality. They let us think we were renting a small, bright, very clean and well-appointed apartment. Reality was another matter! I was very pleased by gobcn apartments services, starting from the informations about the apartments, reservation making, getting in touch with the people there, promtly resolving problems that occured during our stay there.
It was the first time I tried this kind of tourism and the impressions are very good: it is fast, it is easy and one can trust in the informations provided.
It was a wonderful vacation in Barcelona and I will try it again.

Das Apartment war sch n (Dusche m sste repariert werden) gut gelegen und f r einen Barcelonaaufenthalt sehr gut. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Safe, lie sich nicht mehr ffnen bei Abreise. Wir bekamen relativ schnell die Nachricht, das Geld (250 ' ) wurde im Safe gefunden wird uns durch die Agentur berwiesen. Be sure, after you've paid money, in case of any problem with your appartments, you will never find this agency! We have booked the apartment at GOBCN APARTMENTS for a week. We have paid reservation fee in advance for the agency, and the rest of money directly to the owner during check-in. After the first night we found bedbugs in the apartment, and one of us was strongly bitten by these insects. We have just returned from our stay in Barcelona, We rented an apartmemnt in Paseo montjuich using gobcn. The apartment was located in very nice area close to a park and enjoyed our stay.
After 3 days we lost the set of keys provided by gobcn, and in less that one hour we were provided with another one.

However,on arrival we noticed that the back door did not lock and the owner (Diana) told us she would send someone to fix it the following day. We rented an apartment in the Barrio Gotico in Barcelona through GOBCN. The room was very rundown and crawling with cockroaches. We didn't even want to put our bags down, let alone stay there. They told us they knew there were cockroaches but didn't know it was that bad. They said they would do their best to find us another place to stay but we never heard from them again. We stayed at one of Gobcn Apartment last July 2008, the company was very helpful during the reservation process. The apartment was clean and comfortable for us and of course well equipped.
All the arrangements for the apartment worked very well, the owner was very kind with us offering to make earlier check in !!.

All in all we felt this was a waste of our time and money. Not recommended! We found torn curtains, inadequate air/con, old-looking decor, looked very little like the decor on their website, cochroaches in the kitchen, broken tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, only found 3 chipped cups in the kitchen, decided to clean all plates etc again ourselves. The internet site of this GOBCN short term apartment renting agancy is misleading according to our experience.
We rented an apartment. It turned out to be one...
...without any exterior window.
Safe but ...we found smelly bunker, although with really pretty Ikea type of furniture, and very very very nicely web presentation.
The apartment is located close to the Sagrada Familia catherdal. It is rented as "first floor" but in fact it is an intermediate floor between ground floor (behind)...
