I just received my second order from RCPlanet, I am happy with their service, they bumped my shipping up to express for free! I couldnt believe it, I received my parts for the weekend and hadn't planned on them arriving for another couple days. I highly recommend them!

Not sure what these guys problems are, I've been a customer with RC Planet for years and had no issues. Their staff knows RC probably better than anyone and they have gooc communication. You get what you pay for, you select free or cheap shipping, its not going to be there for awhile.

After a few weeks of waiting for a R/C Planet kit I ask their customer-service for a tracking-number so I could see where it is. They couldn't send me a number because the kit was not even sent out. Two weeks before, they told me "We are processing it now and should be shipping late today or first thing tomorrow", which was obviously not true. After four weeks of waiting, I didn't receive my order yet...They really don't care about their customers, so I wouldn't recommend RCPlanet at all. Don't ...

I ordered 4 different shipments from R/C Planet and did a return and shipment back to me through another site before I even received one order from rcplanet. I will not be back.

I don't recommend this site at all; I placed an order and have never receive it as yet, so far 43 days have passed.

Good Customer Service from R/C Planet. Prices are not bad and they ship Internationally so I get my products here in Turks and Caicos. They have a good inventory as well.

Overall one of the better RC stores apart from the ones on E-bay

I ordered some thing from R/C Planet near the end of august 29th to be exact and as of september 16 I have still not received it... I found their customer service to be slow

I have an upcoming race and I would like to get it tuned up right... being as I haven't received the parts and the race is this weekend... after near 3 weeks of waiting. I will NEVER order another part from this site as long as I remain in the hobby.

Rc Planet should be the guide for many other rc part stores, They actually deliver when they say they are going to, the orders are correct and if you should have a problem, they will do the best they can to fix the problem. My #1 choice for my hobby needs.

My advice would be, if you do not need parts in a hurry, and are willing to wait, you can maybe save a buck or two. I personally will never be ordering from this company again.

They don't have a stock system running properly, they can keep you waiting for weeks and they don't inform you about this.

Worst act of them is that they've shipped me a wrong RC (i bought a heli rc but they sent an airplane rc without my authorization), now still waiting for answers of my questions but there is no response.
