Good Points: No good points for me.
Bad Points: Didn't get my credits.
General comments: I purchased SMS credits from its4sms.com on 5 Nov 2007 through PayPal. On their site www.its4sms.com, they mention that if we buy through credit card, then the SMS credit bought immediately gets added to your account. But even after 8 days of my purchase, I haven't received SMS Credit in my account. I have continuously called (around 10-11 times) on the support no. given on their site but only once somebody has answered. I informed them about my payment and they has asked for another 24 Hours to get my services activated. I have also mailed (5-6 times) to their support ID but none of them has answered. I never recommend anybody to use their services.
