Having bought heavy goods from this company i eagerly awaited my delivery, and waited . . and waited. when i contacted them to find out where my items were i was told they had been delivered! however the driver did not get a signature! several days later they had still not managed to talk to the driver who claimed to have made the delivery! as the items were christmas presents i asked for a refund so that i could buy the goods from elswear, only to be told they could do nothing untill they... Not terribly impressed. Not very quick with delivery and I was extremely disappointed with the long riding boots I ordered. They looked good and fitted well, but after a short time the lining became detached and they were unwearable. I did contact Customer Service, not asking for a new pair, just to make them aware that I was disappointed in the product, and received a curt reply, stating that I would not get a refund. No apology. There are better (and cheaper) equestrian shops out there. (read more)

I like the website and did find it easy to use and to place my order. It's a shame that they don't have a better range of riding wear. Most of it seems to be aimed at the cheaper end of the market. Delivery is ok, but usually pretty slow considering the delivery charge. The one time I paid for next day delivery the parcel vanished altogether. Having said that, they did refund the full order when I contacted them, but I tend to just order non-urgent stuff now as I'm a bit wary. I find them... (read more)

Reviewed other web sites, the rug I was looking for is £10 dearer at Robinsons. Very disappoining as Robinsons is my local store. But its easier and so much cheaper to buy on line. Postage is free on the other web site. (read more)

I've been working with horses for many years now and have always purchased my items from Robinsons. They have never let me down. Being in Northern Ireland i find it hard to find an online tack shop that doesnt go mad for postage costs. Robinsons only charge me £4.95, and it doesn't matter how much i buy. Only once did they forget one part of my order, however after a quick phone call, it was all sorted. No waiting about for delivery either, i get my items within 2-3 days. Unlike other... (read more)
