    Bad Points: The pool is very small but there is a new centre opening in Dec.2009 which has state of the art pool.


    General comments: Sweden: Lindvallen in Salen is a great place for a family skiing holiday. Its very child friendly with good instructors. It has a great range of slopes with easy accessibility to other slopes in Hogfjallet and not far from Norway. Depending on type of ski pass you can ski on one day in Norway. The children love this. We ski in Sweden every year and love every minute. It is the most fantastic place to ski with children everything is made very convenient for parents.

    The simple yet comfortable apartments of the Skalsbyn Apartments are ideally located in the ski area between the Sorbacken and Turisten ski runs. They are adjacent to the ski lifts and within 100m of all the facilities Vemdalen.

    This accommodation is great for families with kids as you can cater for your families needs especially if you have fussy eaters like i do!! The living area with well equipped open plan kitchen, we had a terrace(some come with balconies), cable TV, ski locker.
