    Good Points: Beautiful products, many colours to choose from, great friendly service


    Bad Points: A bit lost in Selfridges maze


    General comments: I purchased Aspinal's products in Selfridges. I was in the home Concession on the lower Ground Floor and bought a jewel calf Jewellery Box and a Cabin Bag. I was served by an Italian guy who was very professional and friendly and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I believe it is great value for money (product quality and service) and I will definitely return to that concession (they have two in Selfridges but service is better on lower ground floor)

    Good service and quick delivery from Aspinal of London.
    I love leather and have to say that I thought these products were a little expensive for what there were.......beautifully made but expensive.

    I have bought previously from Aspinal and know their products to be beautiful. Using their website I ordered 4 Christmas gifts for my family on the 10th of December. Two days later I (finally!) received an email confirming my order. However at the same day I received another email telling me that 3 of the 4 items ordered are out of stock and thus will not be delivered. I called customer service. Perhaps I could order another colour? I was really angry; no of course I did not want another colour ...

    Great place to pick up a quick present. Excellent quality of product which can be personalised with initials. Beautiful gift wrapping. Pricey delivery but it is with DHL so it was quick.

    Beautiful presentation from Aspinal of London and extremely high quality products... I have ordered from them on several occasions now and delivery is always prompt and service faultless... all round excellent.... I would recommend Aspinal in everyone.

    I ordered a beautiful jewellery box from Aspinal, embossed with my aunts initials. It arrived promptly professionally, gift wrapped and was very well received.

    I am writing this small comment because i am sorry for anyone who had a bad experience but I have to say on behalf on myself and husband how absolutely delighted we were. helped make our wedding day!

    I ordered a range of twenty different products for guests to my wedding in September. Every one of them was beautifully personalised and gift wrapped exquisitely. I found their customer services to be so helpful the whole thing was a breeze and all our guests loved the items.

    Aspinal of London debited cash from my account, 1 week later put it back. I received no goods and no emails from them. I phoned them but only got the answer phone when I tried. Nice products disappointing service, so typically British!

    They supply good leather goods when in stock but I feel I received poor customer service. No email or phone call received as of yet.

    Aspinal didn't have the color I wanted and I did not receive contact about that. I had to contact them when I didn't get a despatch email after several days. After choosing a different color I still haven't received the product because it was delivered to the wrong person and now the courier has to retrieve it and bring it to me. It better be the best writing portfolio I've ever seen to go through this much hassle.

    An great service. Delivery is pricy but is by a courier service rather than Royal Mail. Quick delivery via courier. Beautifully packaged. Products are of an excellent quality.
