    Scotts of Stow accept orders when items are not in stock, then say an email should have been sent informing me order could not be fulfilled, then when i point out web site still says item in stock and availbl, they say the stock system is not very good. Promise delivery/despatch on specific dates then nothing arrives etc etc etc. All of which leaves me without my item 3 ad a ahlf weeks after ordering! Reccommend you shop elsewhere.

    Fairly useful catalogue and web site for Scotts although Original Gift company is quite limited.
    Not good value. Poor phone and email administration. Claim to let customers know of delays, this didn;t always happen with me.

    Where else in the UK would you find a domestic 14 pt hot water urn designed for average kitchen counters?? Well done Scotts of Stow, you have some very innovative buyers!
