Good Points: Jacobs shops are ok, but I cannot think of a good thing to say about jacobsprints.co.uk, steer clear, they seriously need to sort their act out.
Bad Points: Its just all bad
General comments: I ordered a photobook, took me ages to arrange using their software, my internet connection went down during the transfer stage , and to get back to where I was I had to start again, so I was initially charged twice, had a dispatch notification and to this day I am still waiting, I cannot see how a telephone book can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) to go less than a hundred miles, anyway avoid this service like the plague. I am doubting that they have even sent it, probably just sat in some lab somewhere. But they don't care now because they have my money.
