    I ordered an oven from my mother last night, so was pleased to receive the call from a Redhill rep so quickly. However, he told me that it was not in stock with him or the manufacturer and would not be delivered for some time. I asked him to cancel the order. I then went on-line to confirm in writing and found that there was no way to contact them by email etc. Furious I rang back and have been promised an email confirming cancellation. It seems a shame that they cannot let you know up front before taking your card details that an item is not in stock.

    I ordered a Fisher Paykel Built in Double Oven from them in mid may. The website said it would normally take about 7 to 10 working days to deliver. After 2 weeks I had heard nothing. I phoned them and they said it was out of stock and wouldn't be available until Mid July.
    I waited until 21st July and again phoned them. They said they would look into it and call me back. They didn't.
    Waited another week phoned them again. They apologised for not calling me and said it would arrive w/b 3rd August. ...

    I ordered a cooker for our village hall and it arrived on time a day or so later. Unfortunately I didn't understand the difference between 'double oven' and 'double cavity' and had ordered the wrong machine. Redhill were happy to swop the cooker for the correct one and I just had to pay the difference. The new one was delivered a couple of days later (on time again) - and Redhill is about 160 miles from here! And it's a great machine. I'm now in the market for a new cooker for my home so I' ...

    I have been happy with every aspect of my order from redhill appliances. Communication has been first class, and the delivery service was better than i had expected.

    Delivery bang on time with Redhill Appliances, service exceptional and very helpful when i enquired about installation.
    Fantastic Miele washerdryer, so quiet i keep having to check that it's turned on!

    Complete waste of time, ordered a washer dryer two days ago. Having not received an acknowledgement I rang Redhill Appliances to be told that my order will not have been transmitted as they do not deliver to my area. This was not apparent from the website and it did not prevent them from taking my payment details online. I have now wasted two more days without a washer thanks to Redhill. They didn't even apologise when I have called them.

    I was impressed by the price Redhill Appliances offered compared to some other, much larger retailers. I felt the service given was exceptional and delivery far sooner than anticipated. The driver un-packed the machine and carefully placed it in my kitchen.

    Ordered a washing machine on Sunday from Redhill Appliances and got a call confirming my order on the same day. Delivery was arranged for Wednesday and the machine was delivered smack in the middle of my 3 hour time slot. Best Price and Best Service - Highly recommended!!!!

    A great overall experience. I ordered a Hotpoint washing machine on a sunday, received a call confirming the order and arranging delivery on the Monday, and had my machine delivered on the Wednesday!! The price was great, customer service was great and the delivery service speedy and efficient.
    I originally paid £15 for the old machine to be taken away, but cancelled that as a neighbour wanted it, This was refunded the very next day. An 11 out of ten from me. Thanks so much.

    Excellent service from Redhill Appliances. Placed our order on Thursday via their web site and received a phone call back 30mins from them to say they would expect the fridge in to their warehouse on Monday and would deliver on Thursday - to Sheffield. This is exactly what they did.

    I ordered a Zanussi Tumble Dryer on 7th January 2008. I didn't hear anything for a while so I rang the company and they said they would deliver the following Tuesday. I rang in the morning and they said I wasn't on the delivery list and they couldn't do it until the following Tuesday. I said that was unacceptable so they said they would refund my card. They didn't, it took FIVE phonecalls before they eventually refunded me some FIVE weeks after the original order. Shocking customer service. All ...

    Before Christmas I ordered a tumble dryer from 'Redhill Appliances' in Surrey for £30 less than I could get one round here. (Their price was plus carriage which was £1. yes, £1, £19 less than Currys wanted!)

    I knew they were out of stock and was prepared to wait. We got a call one day later to give us an estimated time for delivery.

    A week ago they rang to ask if delivery was ok this Friday. Yes it was, then they rang last night to ask if 6 o' clock tonight was ok ...

    Cheaper than elsewhere and easy to deal with on the phone. Delivered on time, and phoned ahead 30 min before delivery time to let me get home.

    I purchased a Zanussi fridge/freezer from Redhill Appliances (Raff Radio Barnes Ltd), which was delivered late and had considerable damage - dents to the fridge door outside and inside and a split to the freezer door insulation. After informing Redhill Appliances (Raff Radio Barnes Ltd) of the damage, I was told the item could not be replaced, but they would arrange for the item to be repaired within seven days.
