    Good Points: Home insulation finally did repair damage caused but shoddily and it took them 6 weeks...and that was because we nagged them....they ruined our home then treated us as if we were an inconvenience!!!


    Bad Points: the company have no idea of customer service.. aware that you wont sue them as we are the little people...but they didn't even offer an apology or compensation....as a company they are arrogant and disregard customers feelings and homes...


    General comments: Khi Lmt based in Nottingham came to install loft insulation for us on Aug bank holiday 2007...after 10 mins they fell thru our ceiling causing severe damage to our stairwell (thankfully the guy was ok) but our house was ruined....they paid no regard and tramped dirt right thru the house....we were left for 5 days living in our bedroom as the dust was too much for ourselves and the baby to breathe in...they repaired the hole the following week...badly as they didn't drop the ceiling...just patched it...it was left bulging and has too be repaired again...the carpets were ruined and had to be replaced...walls have had too be repainted and they caused great upheavel and in essence my home now bears no resemblance to when this company first set foot in the door in August.(and we still haven't had our loft insulated)...use them at your peril.....
