Enjoyed browsing through the website and choosing a present for my Mum for Mother's Day. Selected something (mirrored jewellery box), ordered, paid and it was delivered in plenty of time for the day. Sadly one of the mirrored drawers in the box was damaged (in transport). However, when I reported this to Hamper Gifts the response I got was courteous, understanding and helpful and the net result is my Mum is now the proud owner of an undamaged, pristine mirrored jewellery box. I found the website through a google search and read other great reviews about this company. I was impressed by how many products went in to each of their hampers at such a reasonable price. I purchased 5 hampers for our clients from hampergifts, from start to finish i was more than happy with choosing hampergifts. The web site was easy to navigate the descriptions of the hampers were spot on, and when the hampers were delivered i didnt want to hand them over i wanted to keep them for myself they were fantastic. As a parent of older children easter is a difficult time. my son and his girlfriend have moved in to there first home and i wanted to get them an easter gift that was more adult than the usual supermarket supply. I spoke with Alex who amended my order and arranged for it to be with me next day as it was for my mothers birthday.
