    This is the second time my family and I have hired vehicles from Car Hire Agency. The 1st time we needed a 12 seater van and had given up hope of finding one as we wanted to collect it in San Francisco and drop it off 500miles away. They arranged everything and it went really smoothly. This year we need 2 seven seater SVUs which once again they organised without a fuss and both times they were cheaper than any other quote we received. We have as a family always found the staff to be efficient and friendly so much so that we have now hired a car for a week in Spain in October.
    We do feel that as most people are quick to complain about poor service we should at least take the time to acknowledge excellent service.

    Spoke to staff at Car hire agency in June '09 specifically requesting for a Premium 7 seater SUV or a Vehicle that seats 6 fully grown adults for our 3 week road-trip in July '09. Based on the staff "expertise", we went with the order as per his website. Reached Budget in Miami and we were shocked at the un-professionalism.

    Just returned from a second visit to USA and used Car Hire Agency had the same experience rejected as unavailable after 2 days for first choice but we took up the offer to find the best aslternative and had a great deal and no problems

    6 days after booking a car, with credit details provided, Car Hire Agency had not confirmed. After ringing, I received an email saying 'rejected', although I was welcome to try other car groups or providers, one at a time. One week to reject a booking means one week lost to try elsewhere - not good service.

    Have to say that I dealt with Car Hire Agency recently and was very pleased with my experience. Having travelled around quite a bit I know what a pain it can be when you get problems with the arrangements. I enjoy arranging my own trips as opposed to package holidays and would definitely recommend Car Hire Agency.

    I had a good service when speaking to them on the phone and also a happy good service one in Sanford airport.

    Good rates good prices good service always available to help with any problems or to give advice. Would recomend Car Hire Agency to anyone who likes to feel they are important to their customers

    Excellent. We went through the Car Hire Agency and they booked us with Alamo. Loved the choices programme, which allowed us to choose our own convertible - chose a Mustang - every man's dream car. Very pleased. Would recommed to anyone. My family and I have booked with them again for next year.

    DO NOT HIRE WITH THIS COMPANY. It is now 1 day to go to our holiday and Car Hire Agency has not sent our car hire voucher. Even if it does arrive within the next 12hours it's still too late, it has spoilt our first day on holiday due to the fact we will not have a car and now will have to pay £800+ on a credit card to get one.     I've been booking with the Car Hire Agency in excess of four years now, and have never been let down. I'm retired and have therefore taken many long holidays which have in the past proved difficult with regards to car hire. The friendly staff have always ensured that I did not have to return after 28 days to the airport to replace my car, and I have been able to use a rented car for 77 days in the past.     I have been using Car Hire Agency in excess of four years now, and have never been let down. I am retired and as a result take extensive holidays, which can be problematic with regards to Car hire.     No problems with my booking with the Car Hire Agency..I had an 82 day rental with Budget, collected car from Tampa, took about 10 minutes, even got an upgrade to a Chevy Suburban..no problems with the car at all..However, upon return, the people in the Budget office tried to charge me an extra $205..when asked what it was for, they didn't know, "Perhaps petrol" they said, I told them it was all prepaid, so they entered the details again, and, hey presto, NO charges..just be aware of this, always ...

    I booked a car on line with Car Hire Agency and had confirmation in about 24 hours - great price. I wanted a difficult booking that I could not find any other way. Everything went great at pick up but Dollar seemed to charge me for fuel which had been included in my contract.

    Upgrade was not offered at pickup. This was questioned after a few week after I received a "Happy New Year" email. - I was not happy. It Friendly and willing office in UK. Good price for 77 day rental. No need to return car every 28 days or so. eventually materialised that Budget don't give upgrades on rental over 30 days. I went with Car Hire Agency because I was offered a "certain upgrade" because of the 77 day rental and they were not aware of the 30 day limit until I contacted them.

    I questioned my lack of upgrade during the rental period and was advised that it was likely because my 77 day rental straddled the 10 day Xmas/ New Year period !! As I write this is ongoing but they have not come up with anything for the remaining 40 days. The car was rented and will be returned to Orlando.     Car Hire Agency. Great service had everything they said was coverd which was everything. Prices great, cars great and very friendly and helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend particularly USA. No bad points.

    When picking up car at Dollar Atlanta, I was told that there were additional costs which were 'not optional'. I pointed out the Car Hire Agency agreement, but was told that I had to pay for the additional services.Upon returning from the holiday I spoke to Car Hire Agency and emailed through copies of all the relevant documents.... five months later with me constantly having to follow up, they still haven't done anything.     Was promised an upgrade that I was told verbally would be auto-applied when the voucher code was input at my pick up. I could have got the car that I was given cheaper elsewhere, but opted for this co. because of the upgrade. Was told on pick up that they were unaware of any upgrade and besides they didn't have the model that should have been the upgrade. Terms and conditions cover them stating 'subject to availability'. All in all very misleading and very annoying! Don't fall for it!
