And dont bother to tell them about your dissatisfaction as they are a very unprofessional set up. I have bought their spundown products for years and was happy with them but recently got in touch to ask if any of the newer products may be an upgrade on the ones I usually buy and if they are domestic machine washable. I also mentioned that although I was a big fan of the Spundown duvets had not gotten on with the pillows. They asked for further information and when I provided it they said nobody else had complained. I doubt that but that was not really the point. I told them I felt that was an irresponsible response and they told me to send the product back. I did so and they then wrote an email saying they had now upgraded the content of the pillows but that mine was ok and no fault was found. I had paid £40 for the pillow and there was no mention of return or replacement. I wrote back to find they had blocked my email address! I had to send the correspondence from anoather address and they ignore it. I am shocked to sasy the least. I have bought their duvets for many years as have friends and family on my recommendation. I have never been treated so badly. I will take this further as they need to return or replace my pillow. However I will never buy their products again. I have recently bought the bedding for my new bed from a rival supplier and hope that those considering doing business with this small minded family firm will look elsewhere
