    My experience at Always the Bridesmaid was fantastic, I couldn't fault the ladies who worked there on anything. I went in with no idea of what I wanted for my wedding, and I went out the shop with so many different options!! I arranged to come to Chester with my bridesmaids, you didn't need an appointment either which is even better! We tried on a number of different dresses and narrowed it down to 2. We had a look around all the other bridal shops and the service and choice was no where as near good as Always the Bridesmaid. I ordered my dresses from there and waited to hear from them. They rang me when the girls dresses arrived so we made an appointment to come in for fittings. The dresses were gorgeous, I was so happy with my choice. The ladies at Always the Bridesmaid were just as nice when we came in for our inital look to when we collected the dresses. The whole build up to my wedding was brilliant, and the staff at Always the Bridesmaid helped make it my perfect day!!

    Very friendly staff at Always the Bridesmaid. Very helpful. Made sure my daughters prom dress was a perfect fit.

    Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience and 'Always the Bridesmaid' were far from friendly when I made a complaint.

    Would you be happy at 5pm the night before your wedding still being in a shop unsure if you were even going to have a dress ready? Because that is what happened to me and it was ordered about 9 months before!     Always the Bridesmaid Has an Outstanding Range Of Dress for every Occasion in sizes 6-36! There customer care is excelent and the staff are wonderfull!

    They made me feel truley Beautifull On the most Important Day of My life so far.. They made a 13 st 1lbs 16 yr old (Me) look amazing in a dress... quite an achievement!

    After reading these comments about Always the Bridesmaid, I cannot for one second believe that the person who wrote on the 18th April had dresses which were of poor quailty. I recommended Always the Bridesmaid to many people, and they have all come back too me and thanked me for telling them about the shop. Surely if you had so many negative comments about a certain shop, you wouldn't go there.I have nothing bad to say about the service, or quality of the dresses from Always the Bridesmaid. All ...

    I purchased a dress from always the bridesmaid and i'm afraid I have to agree with all of the bad points about this shop. The dresses I received were of very poor quality and I was very embarrased on my wedding day.

    There may be alot of people with good experiences from this shop but I can honestly say that I wish I had listened to all of the negative advice I had been given before going into this shop because it was a complete disaster and unfortunately there is nothing I can do about now my ...

    I bought my all of my Bridesmaid dresses from Always the Bridesmaid, and I would just like to thank all the girls who work there for their time & hard-work they've put in to making them look & feel amazing. When I first went in to the shop, I was stuck for choice. All the prices of the dresses were fantastic, which made it harder to choose which ones to order!!     I don't understand all these bad reviews for always the bridgesmaid. People often feel the need to post bad reviews if they don't receive a good service but it's a lot less people feel the need to rave about a perfect service. Well I had nothing but a superb service from all at Always The Bridesmaid.They knew what they were talking about, did everything they could to help me and offered a great service.I would recommend Always The Bridesmaid to anyone, for most occasions.

    I ordered bridesmaid dresses from Always the Bridesmaid, Chester last summer and it was a complete disaster. We had countless fittings and no developments were being done on the dresses in between fittings so this didnt fill us with much confidence. They told me the dresses were ready to collect and when I got them home they were miles too big and looked awful. I ended up being in the shop the night before my wedding trying to get them altered.

    I visited Always the Bridesmaid, Chester, with my bridesmaids and was immediatley impressed on how many different styles they had, the staff were very helpful and you didnt feel any pressure from them (unlike other shops i could mention!) You dont need a appointment which is great :-) Prices are very reasonable compared with alot of other bridal shops in Chester.     The dresses in Always the Bridesmaid are absolutly beautiful and they have dresses to suit every shape. I feel the dresses even made me look thinner(which is an added bonus for me) The staff in the shop are lovely. I'd reccomend anybody to go to there.

    Always the Bridesmaid is a shop you must go too if your in the Chester area. The staff are wonderful, easy to talk to and they know what there talking about. I've bought several outfits from Always the Bridesmaid and each time i've been in there i've had a fantastic service. They make you feel comfortable an don't pressure you into anything. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for bridesmaid, bridal or evening wear!

    It got to 3 weeks before the wedding and I had not heard anything. I called and was told the dresses were due in a couple of days. I called again a few days later and the dresses had still not arrived. Then one week before the wedding the dresses had still not arrived. The owner then made them herself.     I recently bought a number of dresses from Always The Bridesmaid for my wedding. I walked into the shop and was instantly welcomed and left to my own devices.     The dresses after several fittings were the wrong length much to one bridesmaid's embarrassment as the dress didn't even touch her knees. I felt the quality of the dresses was very poor with the detail falling of throughout the day. My mum also bought her outfit from here and again after several fittings the outfit did not feel right on the day.

    The dresses at Always the Bridesmaid are lovely and the whole experience for shopping for a prom dress for my daughter wasn't the nightmare I thought it would be as she found her perfect dress within 30 mins of arriving at the shop. She was so pleased she didn't want to look anywhere else.

    Always the Bridesmaid offer exceptional dresses at a good price. Something for everyone with fantastic people that know what they are doing!! The customer service at Always the Bridesmaid is good.

    This shop is a must to visit if you live in the North West area. The staff are amazing and really do care. I can honestly say i would not of worn a dress on my special day if it wasn't for them. Wedding, prom, formal or you just want a posh frock then this is the place to get one, all alterations are done with such care and at really reasonable prices, i'm going to miss not turning up to my dress fittings.
