    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: Short working life.


    General comments: Obtained Ryobi EID-100-2RE Hammer Drill from Screwfix as a present. When the drill failed after about 2 weeks use niether Ryobi or Screwfix would offer support. I think Ryobi drills are over priced and are of poor quality.

    I got the Ryobi EID-100-2RE Hammer Drill drill as a work leaving present, so I was not given a receipt. When I contacted Ryobi customer services they did not want to hear my complaint, and they told me to throw the drill away. I still have the drill, for the time being.
