Bought this trolly 3 years ago, had nothing but problems. Bought what I thought waqs a 36 hole battery, did not complete 18 holes, eventually having threatened with Trading Standards got it changed. Still won't do 36 holes but can't be bothered argueing. The top bracket for holding the bag in place is not strong enough and constantly swivels around making the bag drop off. I would like to share my experience regarding the purchase of a Pro-Trolley GT300 10/8/2010 1.The Battery 36 hole type lasted 10mths then had to be replaced. 2.The Frame holding rivets snapped and had to be replaced. 3.The Driv Shaft broke in half had to be replaced 4.The Variable Speed Control pack in and had to be replaced [TWICE] 5.The Wheel spokes sheared [3spoke type] and have had to be replaced at my expence with [5spoke type]this 6weeks after i paid £45 to have my trolley... ProTrolley GT300 If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was my first electric golf trolley. I have struggled with it over the past 2 years. It has suffered a litany of problems. Control handle failed twice, once snapping clean in half. Battery supplied, extremely poor, rarely lasting 18 holes (this was a 36 hole battery). Have just bought htis trolley and have found that the top bag support is too low for my bag(wilson elite), the strap has to be at an angle to tighten. I was told that perhaps this bag was a one off that has to be on a custom trolley that suits the bag..I don't think so! I would like to know if has anyone else had this happen with this trolley? Also the front wheel seems slightly out of line but will give it a good run before commenting any further.It would be a good idea to have info on bag... (read more)

Very pleased with my purchase. Great service Now had the trolley 10 months with no problem and have recommended it to several friends who have also been pleased. Excellent customer service, I had a minor issue with an accessories which was replaced without question. (read more)

I found this review very helpful because I am looking for an electric golf trolley and this seems like the one. It has good reviews from everyone, they all seem very pleased with the trolley and have said lots of good things about it. I was going to buy the Powakaddy Freeway 2, but have now changed my mind.
