over all i think it will be a massive hit in the forth coming christmas period.. its not just a quality teddy bear .. its a learning opportunity for kids in a smart way.

Save your money, stay away from iteddy if you ask me. It looks good but from what ive seen it doesn't do what you want or expect it to do. I have had constant software problems along with screen freezes. I cannot recommend.

iTeddy is not as good as I thought it would be, sorry dragons! I have had nothing but problems since i got it and now I have a very unhappy 4 year old.

Very unhappy. Customer service is a joke, technology is a joke, only good thing is the teddy itself. I will be amazed if I get the refund I demanded.

I have tried to download files onto my kids iTeddy, but I'm unable to because the file manager screen freezes after I enter my username and password (screen turns grey and nothing happens). I sent an email to iTeddy tech support but didn't receive a reply ,so I sent another one.
Still didn't receive a reply, so I called them. Spoke to a man who told me to 'hang on a minute'. 5 minutes later I was still 'hanging on'!! I called back and was put through to a voice message saying that 'all operato ...

My sister loved it! The iTeddy is hours of entertainment for all kids, and they can take it anywhere. This keeps my sister quiet in the car so its great for everyone

The software is very buggy and for the most part, useless, couldnt get hold of any support to help with problems.
In all honesty I think that the iTeddy is a waste of money.

The iTeddy is a good idea which is poorly executed. In general the device works as intended but the software is buggy, the manual is very vague about technical details, the cable was flimsy and the screen viewing angle is a bit worrisome. The conversion software works well though I wish the device didn't need it.I think if they fixed the firmware up, made the screen better quality that it would be a resounding success. The actual teddy bear was good quality.

A great idea, the iTeddy is absolutely perfect. This is the best thing I have ever found for keeping kids quiet. They watch it for hours at a time, the iTeddy is the perfect travelling companion

I purchased the iTeddy for my daughters birthday and since she was unable to use it because of the files were impossible to download and no one responded to emails sent querying the problem. I have now asked for a refund for my downloads and still am waiting for the confirmation as i still have not had an email to state whether or not my refund has been processed. Just a waste of money and time..

I lost some files I had paid for from the iteddy website. I sent an email explaining the problem and wondered of it would be possible to check my account and re-send the files. It is easy to check the payment records. They didnt to help in anyway and told me that it was my fault - probably was but I was hoping for some understanding - no such luck. iTeddy is now in the bin.

PLEASE PLEASE don't waste your money on one of these.
The software is so poor that it will crash on you at some point and once it happens there is no way of resetting it. You cant even disconnect the battery.
Your only option is to wait for about 15 hours for it to run down completely then start again.
I bought an iTeddy for my Grandson and it lasted all of about 10 minutes before freezing on Saturday. Just returned to Argos and got a replacement which done exactly the same thing within 10 se ...

I must say this toy has impressed me in terms of what it can actually do and really feel it is money well spent.. A few would say its a gadget that creates a gap between the child and the parents but I feel the opposite... It allows the child to sit on the parents lap a lot longer whilst the child is occupied so its absolutely fantastic! Well done iTeddy

The iTeddy is a great invention. You can fill it with loads of programs and cartoons that will keep the kids entertained for hours, no matter where they are, in the home, in bed or in the car iTeddy is a great distraction.If you've got a long flight coming up iTeddy is the way forward.

I'm really disappointed, bought this for '£40 in Argos pre- christmas sale, they are now down to '£30, trying to get rid of them? Refuses to charge despite being rigged up to usb for ages (hours). First time we used at Christmas it took over a day to charge, should have guessed something was wrong then!Today after trying to charge again it will not power up, then noticed there is a hole under the arm, however this is not from wear and tear as it is immaculate elsewhere.Back to Argo ...

I orignally saw the idea on dragons den and was a little skeptical but i bought one for my 6 year old and i have to say I was blown away with how simple the iTeddy is to use and interesting the toy was for my little one.

I have been very happy with this since i received iteddy as a gift. The customer support was very proficient when i called them for support in downloading as i had not taken the time to read the manual.
I had recommended iteddy to a number of associates and friends who are all very pleased with their purchase and all agree that iteddy is the best toy their children have ever had.
