dear sirs at ten thirty this morning of august 2nd i visited your store in the ashford designer retail outlet to spend a considerable amount of money on new knives etc.,i noticed that the line i was interested in was advertised at 50%half price sale, namely the pro-elite line of knives.i noticed that all the items were marked down 50% apart from a box set of carving knife and carving fork.although the rrp was £30 the sale price was only £20 even though it still carried a halfrrp pricetag on the item stand .i then brought this to the attention of a young male assistant in the shop who immediately went to inform a young lady also working in the shop. Her immediate reaction was to walk over to the stand ,take the half price offer off the foresaid item and said "its not on sale now" I mentioned to her that as it was advrtised at half price and labelled wrongly she was obliged to sell the item to myself under the trade descriptions act and sale of goods then remove the wrong advertising but she just replied that she would not because it was not on sale and that was that.i think this young lady needs much further training in customer care and also the sale of goods act.I had travelled to Ashford by train this morning with the intentions of spending at least £200 to replace my ageing set of knives, instead ,because of the short sharp treatment i got i did not spend a single penny in your store, i will no longer shop in any of you outlets due to this experience and will recommend the same response from other colleagues who normally frequent your outlets Many thanks

The Professional Cookware Company T304 Pro Pan Set are very expensive, very heavy, food sticks even at low heat. Similar quality pans can be purchased for a fraction of the cost.

Professional Cookware Company T304 Pro Pan Set are so heavy they are cumbersome to use. Straining needs a separate colander etc etc.

We have been using this Professional Cookware Company T304 Pro Pan Set set of pans (daily apart from holidays) for 11 years, and have never had any problems. One distinct advantage is that the pots and frying pans can be transferred to the oven, should the need arise.

My Professional Cookware Company T304 Pro Pan Set has proven to be a fantastic product, brought before the net so now not sure where from but T304 Proffessional is really good. Just got a dishwasher and they are all shiney like new again. would buy again.

All my pans are separating at the base causing them to be virtually unusable. I would like to return them to manufacturer but have no details. Please give me details of The Professional Cookware Company address as I would like to claim against my warranty

Will not buy again! I it dropped from a small distance and the pan has dented. Despite the 25 year or life-time guarantee, the store in Bluewater was unwilling to exchange. I expect more for a £30 saucepan!

I really enjoy cooking and thought it was about time I invested in some better equipment. Found this company on Google and have been really impressed with the size and quality of the range they offer. Took a bit of a chance ordering a set of their pans but have to say I've been really pleased so far, fingers crossed!
