    I placed an order on 5th November and after 2 weeks, I queried where it was. I was told that the order wasn't on the system and after I sent the Sage Pay receipt, two days it was found. mymemory.co.uk couldn't find what I had ordered and when I said I wanted the headphones, they didn't offer me give me the original 10% discount I was entitled to on my initial order. I ended up ordering on Amazon.co.uk and requested a refund. How does an online company lose an order? Not recommended.

    Horrible service, I was wanting to order a Nintendo DS R4 card. The checkout process went smoothly, until I received an e-mail telling me I had to verify my address somehow (it was an international purchase), due to "security reasons". The thing is, my credit card is linked to a P.O. Box, so utility bills were out of the question, and I was definitely NOT going to provide them with one of my bank statements.

    Personally, I love this site as it is easy to use, takes pay pal, always has a good range f items and they are pretty quick at delivering items even though it has free delivery! Another feature I really like which I feel I should mention is the 'memory selector' which means if you're unsure what type of memory card for example to use in your camera then you can search by the brand and model of your device and it will tell you which items are compatible from the ones it sells.

    Been looking for one of these for myself. Wanted a way that when i go travelling i didnt need to carry around all the games that i owned. I put all of my games on the R4 card and set off! Great service

    Bought helicopter for my son. All went through well and very quickly. It arrived 1 day late. My son loves it though. MyMemory is good and easy to use.

    Work needed a handsfree headset for their receptionist. I was tasked to go and find one. A search on google found this was the best for our system. I then searched the model of the headset and found this on mymemory for a really good price compared to the others. It arrived on time and the receptionist wont stop wearing it!

    Got a blackberry bold and didnt want it all scratched to bits. Bought a cover from my memory which arrived nice and quick. It is perfect.

    The site at times is a little hard to navigate around but the search bar is spot on!

    I saw mymemory on google so i decided to visit them. I found what i wanted and bought it for a resonable price. The item was dispatched and seemed to take a while to get here. It turned up 4 days late in the USA. But it all works well and i dont mind the lateness because of that. I will use them again very appreciative

    I bought this telescope from MyMemory as a starter really, I have been wanting to get into astronomy for ages. This was an affordabe way to take up a hobby that really interests me.

    Mymemory's service is great. I orgered and got a confirmation within 5 seconds. My dispatch confirmation was a day later and then my parcel arrived in the post the following day! Great service. Wish there were more companies like them out there!

    I was a little worried about buying on mymemory.co.uk after reading a few reviews in this website, but as my purchase was actually very cheap i got the risk. I ordered a Lexar 8 gb micro SD card on Saturday 29 aug 2009 with standard Royal Mail delivery. My order was processed on Tuesday 1st sep 2009 and I received at my address on Friday 4 sep 2009.The product looks to be working properly. Certainly I will buy again from mymemory.co.uk in the future.

    Bought these Koss porta pro headphones as a cheaper alternative to my senheizer headphones, something to travel with that wouldnt matter if i lost them. I ordered these headphones late last week and with the bank holiday weekend wasnt expecting them before thursday, but low and behold they were here first thing tuesday morning. Superb bit of kit, really pleased with them. I will be back to buy from mymemory again soon.

    I bought from My Memory Limited on price so was really pleasantly surprised when my order arrived within only a couple of days.

    I didn't have any issues, so i can't vouch for their customer service.

    Three of my items arrived from mymemory before the 7th of August (two days after I had placed the order), but the other got lost through the mail system. Still, after contacting MyMemory, they were fantastic and sent the missing game again, which arrived the next day. Although I had to wait for the last game to arrive I was very pleased with the service. Thank you.

    I place an order the 20 August, money was retreived to my Paypal account. No confirmation of the order by MyMemory. I then contact them, they reply 1 time asking questions like which items, amount, and so on. I answer to these question,s and since no on mail received ! I sent almost 6 mails (by the site, by my e-mail account and now through Paypal dispute). Still no answer. So i lost £136,61 !!! I can't phone them as i'm not in UK.
