Established for over 12 years we pride ourselves in our customer care and brilliant customer service, we have loads of customers that have and will recommend us. We are the only company, that I know of, in the United Kingdom to offer a 10 year warranty on our kitchens, and have never had any legal action taken against us, against faulty workmanship or poor service.

Good Points: None for us.
Bad Points: Poor customer service. Poor attitude from company when dealing with our complaint. Had to ask the salesman multiple times to leave before he did so.
General comments: I was promised that the fitting of my Ultimate Kitchen Furniture kitchen would start on the 7th May and take 3 days to complete. This seemed odd as I was under the impression a granite worktop usually takes a week to make as they are made to measure. The work started on the 7th as promised it is now the 3rd of June and the kitchen is still not finished.
5 doors were delivered with marks on, we were told replacement doors would be delivered within a week, we still have not received the replacements.
The integrated drier was damaged, a replacement was ordered when it was delivered it turned out to be a washing machine they delivered. The fridge was damaged (the replacement was delivered correctly and fitted). A wall unit was damaged, there were no drawer fittings, there are no fittings to attach the cupboard door to the washing machine, we still have had no information about when this will be resolved. A cupboard side panel was damaged. There is no handle for the grill pan. The microwave has a scratch on the fascia. The £1200 extractor can not be fitted properly as there is insufficient room, despite a surveyor having visited prior to delivery and assuring us that everything was fine. In the comment by UKF on this site they say that dissatisfied customers should contact them. We have done this on a daily basis but still our kitchen is unfinished 4 weeks after it was started. The people we spoke have only given us excuses, but no concrete solutions and I have yet to receive as much as an apology for the inconvenience that has been caused to us. We have better things to do with our time than to spend every day off at home so the kitchen fitter can do another bit of your kitchen. I would not recommend UKF.
