Established for over 12 years we pride ourselves in our customer care and brilliant customer service, we have loads of customers that have and will recommend us. We are the only company, that I know of, in the United Kingdom to offer a 10 year warranty on our kitchens, and have never had any legal action taken against us, against faulty workmanship or poor service.

    Ultimate Kitchens installed a new kitchen for us recently. I was quite worried by some of the comments on sites like this initially, but have to say that the service was pretty damn good and the fitting by Paul was fantastic. Really helpful service from everyone involved (Ultimate, fitter, electrician, gas man and granite guys).
    Really pleased with our new kitchen and would happily recommend Ultimate to friends and family.

    We have just had our kitchen fitted from ultimate in warrington and so far the only down point was the day late delivery which was explained to us the van broke down.. the products and service from there on in have been fantastic paid reasonable money for a great kitchen.. so far wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company..

    We ordered a high gloss kitchen in 2007 from Ultimate Kitchens, paid up front like everyone else. when it arrived I notice that the oven housing unit did not have a gloss end panel and queried this, we had apparently not paid for one. After telephoning to a very rude man I was told that I had not ordered any end panels even though when we signed we were told we would get a high gloss kitchen all items with a high gloss finish.

    We went to Ultimate Kitchen furniture in Warrington. Nice sales staff arranged for a salesman to call. He was very good and helped us to "design" our kitchen.
    We paid our deposit and then a site survey was done. Lots of suggestions were made about how to do it and all seemed good.

    The ktichen was delivered and the install started by a very skilled workman - who had a hell of a lot of difficulties previously unseen to deal with.

    Unfortunately this is where the trouble started.

    DO NOT USE UKF (Ultimate Kitchen Furniture) in Manchester, Warrington or Cheshire Oaks - they are awful.

    I have now paid for some of the fitting to be redone after they messed it up.

    There is no Customer Service whatsoever and the owner was not interested in helping me. Has cost me an extra £2000 to resolve.

    I have just had my UKF kitchen delivered. I chose to have my own fitters on advice from some friends. There are no pre-drilled holes in my units (you even get these with the cheapest of MFI units and these are supposed to be top quality; that is what I was told in the showroom when they are explaining why they cost so much) When we tried to ring them to come out and see how the units are not fitting probably they said they couldn't come out now. I paid by cash and this whole thing have left me ...

    Ultimate Kitchen Furniture promised a delivery and payment was required. A part delivery came and like a fool I paid them because they said the remainder would be delivered later that day. I am still waiting for the remainder so the fitter can complete. From my experience I suggest that you do not pay anything at all until the job is complete. This week I will be taking legal action.

    Once Ultimate Kitchen Furniture got our money I felt things changed. I was expecting a phonecall to check progress, but to my knowledge this was never done to see if the job is going to plan and if I was happy. I do not recommend this company.

    I was promised that the fitting of my Ultimate Kitchen Furniture kitchen would start on the 7th May and take 3 days to complete. This seemed odd as I was under the impression a granite worktop usually takes a week to make as they are made to measure. The work started on the 7th as promised it is now the 3rd of June and the kitchen is still not finished.
    5 doors were delivered with marks on, we were told replacement doors would be delivered within a week, we still have not received the replacemen ...
