    Good Points: This is the best gammon we have have tasted - especially when simmered for 1 hour or so.


    Bad Points: Sometimes difficult to get a large piece.


    General comments: If you are looking for a nice piece of gammon which will
    slice easily - then this is the best. I hope to get a nice
    big one for Boxing Day.
