    very slow, dont think they know wot there doing, dal driver said thay make many mistakes

    No issues with mattressman. They delivered on time and the bunk bed was top quality. I would recommend as we had no issues. The bunk bed is lovely and really easy to put together. We have recommended already to a few friends.

    First delivery from Mattressman - missing items and incorrect items in delivery - 1 day spent waiting at home for this.

    Second delivery - incorrect items delivered - 2nd day waiting at home.

    Customer service staff friendly but provided false information regarding collection of incorrectly delivered goods - warning: if MM delivery incorrect goods, YOU the customer have to pack the item for collection - the suggestion from customer services that sellotape would suffice was somewhat disingenuo ...

    Hi i ordered my Mattress at 3.15pm on a Wednesday, and it arrived 10:20 am the next day, I was given a choice of days to select from, but i went for their next day option. I cant believe that it was delivered so fast !!!!

    Very Please with my Silentnight Mattress, its so Comfy.

    The ordering process was easy, they have loads of Mattresses in Stock. So i felt happy to order

    I wish all Websites were like this,

    Like all good internet shoppers I did my research on MattressMan.co.uk before I made my purchase and the last few reviews on Kelkoo were a little negative but I decided to take a punt and go for it anyway ... and I am glad I did.

    The website says next day delivery ... my mattress was delivered next day.
    The website offered delivery before 1pm free of charge ... it was delivered at 10am.
    My mattress is comfy and arrived in perfect condition.

    What I don't understand is how other companies can't ...

    Ordered a special order headboard, clearly stated on the Mattressman website it had a lead time of 14 days so no dissapointment. E-mails received every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. Had a phone call from their customer service dept 7 days later to ask when I wanted to take delivery - came the very next day superbly packaged, top quality item, extremely happy.

    called up Mattressman asking them if they price match, they said yes did thedeal and the item turned up within days.

    I ordered a sealy millionaire luxury from mattressman 3 days ago, for a very nice price. The mattress arrived next day in immaculate condition. I slept on the mattress last night and i can honestly say it was the best sleep of my life.

    Mattress was scheduled for before 1pm on 2/2/09. Despite the snow (which closed down half the country), I was very pleased that the mattress arrived on time and double wrapped to keep it dry.The mattress was excellent value (king sized Silentnight miracoil mattress for just £159) and I could not fault the service I received.     They said it would be delivered the next day on the website and when I placed the order on the 20th January 2009, they stuck to their word and delivered the very next day. Within two minutes of me placing the order on the website, I received a phonecall from their company asking if it would be alright if their own company van delivered my item and not the courier. I was impressed that they were current with orders that were placed on their site. That treatment I received from that lady I spoke ...

    Well... they said they would price match, ...and they didn't, i'm still waiting for the difference in money.
    They said the mattress is next day delivery, ...and my mattress was 4 days late.
    The sales advisor didn't really advise, and generally didn't really know what he was talking about, and well, as mattress companies go, they we're probably the worst company ever. wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Like all mattress companies, Mattressman promise next-day delivery, and make a big deal about this. But they can't give you a specific time (just 0800-1300), nor do they get the courier to call you when they are half an hour away, as many are happy to do.

    Having taken a half day off work to sit for four hours in a cold house that I don't live in and am about to rent out to tenants, I am very annoyed to then receive a call at 1200 to say that they failed to load the mattress onto the delivery ...

    We needed a Mattress pretty quick as we'd just moved into an unfurnished house, so the next day delivery was perfect, and the value was great (especially with cashback from Quidco). However as stated on the website delivery is made by one man, and in this case he did not appear capable of getting the mattress off of his van without assistance. As such, by the time we got the mattress into the house, there wasn't much left of the outer cardboard packaging. Fortunately the inner plastic packaging ...

    Good value, but lots of hassle to actual get the product. I would have rather pay £50 more and get it on time.
