“rubbish awful people poor support and teaching”

staff here are really poor, they can't even speak english and the service and support is awful. it just poor, they dump you there and fail to look after you, lots of people drop out after couple of years, honest truth they rip you off charging you £5,000 with really poor inconpetant tutors who basically found the education system a sanctuary for in job security and for life. the money you pay does not reflect the quality of teaching and service here. the curriculum content is really... This is the best uni av ever been to, i helped cure dog aids and i have achieved my goals now i am doing a phd in dog devlopment and helping breeding dogs in a aids free enviroment and sikuhlile is the best teacher ever i could hope for, he has taught me alot and most of the time he helps every student possible sikuhlile is the best teacher in the UCO uni (read more)

I did a few years at Yale university after completeing a degree is landscaping at Oxford after taking a year out to try and cure cancer. I can say I learned about curing cancer at UCO, Thomas Allen showed me some HCI friendly techniques through youtube.com, the folks here are are much more enlightened than the pompus potatoes at those high-brow universities. At University Centre Oldham (OUC), classes are much smaller, when in contrast to the larger Universities, which in turn provide students with that little bit of extra time, with the OUC faculty. (read more)

Tutors are old fashioned, local people/students are very miserable and not very engaging as well as defensive in general conversation. Teaching standards not of quality as well as tutors not committing to the timetable often. (read more)

Other than being local which can save money commuting, there are not many other good points at University Centre Oldham.

There are limited facilities and students tend to have little trust in the staff in my experience. (read more)
