I've been taken Adios 3 times a day now with each meal I have, for 3 weeks. I have found these tablets cut down on your appetite, reducing your food intake. Before I took these I used to eat a full plate of food, now I'm eatting only half and feeling full! I can't comment if I have lost any weight from these has I don't weigh my self, But what I do know is that since taking these I have dropped a dress size :D ,Plus so They are obviously working! I have tried Adios to help shift the last few pounds. 2 days after I starting taking the tablets, (2 a day), i have been throwing up constantly and i can not keep anything down. i do not recommend this to anyone. ever. (read more)

I got adios after a friend had told me how successful they had been for her. I have tried many dieting pills and thought I'd give them a go....
I got them whilst they were on offer at £6... I started taking them but hadn't really changed my diet. I still ate 3 times a day and drank plenty of water. I did notice that i took lots of trips to the loo. I didn't lose much weight off them in the first week, only about 2lb. And 4lb on the second week... No change there after. I will continue with...

i was taking herbal weight loss tablet which after a few weeks i had no cravings and they suppressed my appetite at all which i thought was really good, but after seeing adios on tv i decided to try it as i wanted to loose the weight even faster, after stopping my old ones and starting adios i gained the weight i had lost from using the other ones and came to a stand still, iv now been taking adios for a few week and have not noticed any difference at all, i will finish the box and see what... DONT TAKE ADIOS! it ruined my whole routine! i was on the way to a size 6 and i decided to speed things up with Adios but wrong freaking decision. At the time adios was great IT made me loose more weight faster and i reached my size 6 goal so i stopped taking them but carried on with my diet and exercise routine because i didnt want to gain more wieght.BUT No mater what i did, how much exrcise and water i drank i was putting on LOADS of weight and i didnt notice until my newly bought size 6... I dont think the pills are supposed to help you come anerexic, they are supposed to be help for bigger people to lose weight. Size 4??? no wonder you stopped losing the weight, dont sound like you have any more to lose.

Is it mainly healthy food also do 4-10 mins of what? A day
Im about a size 6 on the way to an 8 but would like to shift weight off my belly and bum x

I decided to try adios because I simply find it really, really hard to diet! I'm an all or nothing kind of person and either find myself eating three big meals a day plus snacks, or less that 400 calories a day, neither of which is healthy. I found that adios definitely works, slowly but surely. You can feel your metabolism speeding up each time you take a single pill, and it shows (including the increase in toilet-stops! :/) So i would recomend them definitely, but I think they're a bit... I would like to presonaly recommend that no one with thyroid problems take this slimming supplement I am undergoing tests at the moment due to health problems which only started when I have taken this supplement please I cannot stress do not take this with thyroid problems. I cannot for legal reasons until the tests has been confirmed that this was the cause.

The ingredients are all diuretics/laxatives which means that the immediate "weight loss" is in fact water loss and not a genuine reduction of fat. Just because the ingredients are herbal doesn't mean that they don't have a negative effect on the body. Far from it, "natural" ingredients can have a powerful impact but not necessarily in the way you want it.
Bladderwack (fucus) is used to treat thyroid conditions and there still needs to be research done on what the impact will be on those...

I wanted to lose my baby weight and have always found it hard to diet, so bought adios and started a calorie controlled diet between 1200 and 1300 a day, and have been doing so for 5 weeks now and lost over a stone so far! i came off the adios for 3 days in between this and was SO hungry, went back on them and am back on track again, defiently worth a try (read more)

I have been dieting for a few months and exercising but I had reached a plato and hadn't lost any weight for a bit so I decided to give these a go.
I lasted just 4 days on them! They have made me feel awful, completely drained with no energy and they just make you wee a ridiculous amount. The last straw for me was the dehydration, I had drank at least 2 litres of water a day and was still thirsty. Adios has made my heart race like mad and left me feeling all panicky and horrible. Have been taking 4 adios tablets a day, whilst following the slimming world plan, and have dropped 4 pounds in 4 days (there seems to be a theme of 4!) i do have a lot to lose, about 4 stone, my only concern is that i am having pretty nasy diahrea, watery in fact, and not really hungry. i mean they are clearly working but dont fancy the side effects for much longer! Adios are not miracle pills and dont claim to be, although they def do fasten your metabolism....you can tell that by how many times you go to the toilet in a day. i am very healthy and not over weight but used these to loose a few pounds before my holiday....with a controlled diet i.e not too much fat and exercise these pills are great for speeding things up.....they are not going to work miracles but hey only surgery does things like that and even that doesnt last forever, the key is to... My expierence with Adios was quite short .
As soon as I started to take Adios pills, I've noticed that I'm loosing my hair.
So! - 90 of 100pills are already in the rubbish bin!..

Wow.. I've been taking Adios Max for nearly 6 months now after giving birth to my 2nd child and altho you do naturally loose a bit of hair after giving birth I'm still loosing hair 8months after giving birth which I thought wasn't normal! I hadn't actually thought about the side effects to adios as it didn't say much about them on the box, I thought I might aswell just have a look into it and noticed your the 4th person to mention hairloss! Well I've lost over half of my head hair, I had thick long hair before I started taking these and now my hair is very thin! So I'm glad I'm not the only one to experience this! So ppl think about it before you take this product.. Loose weight and your hair, or keep your lovely hair and stay as you are and diet thru hard work!! I know what I'm going to choose now x

i do understand how u feel, i took these for only 2 weeks and i have short hair and have a big 2 pound size bald spot on my head, i am very dis stressed with this like you, and wonder when and if it will grow back, i am very dis gusted that this product can do this to people with not geat big warnings on the leaflet or box when you buy them, if this had been done i would have stayed rite away from this, adios have made my life a misery now, NEVER AGAIN

I found Adios to be more of a placebo effect. I changed my diet nd took the pills, when i stopped using the pills i found i was losing the same amount of weight, and it was the psychological effect on my diet more than the actual effects. (read more)

Adios - I use to be a very slim a size 8, then over the last 18 months I went up to a size 12. I really want to lose 1 stone 7 ibs. So far i have lost 7 ibs and this is my 3 rd week, this is the quickest i have ever lost weight. All i do is have three meals a day nothing silly just either boiled egg and piece of toast low fat spread, sandwich usually tuna low fat mayo on whole meal and meat and veg for main meal. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to shift a FEW POUNDS.I don't know whether it would work for someone who is really overweight. I took Adios for a month to lose 4 bs so my clothes fit better! I didn't change my earting habits at all but ate healthily anyway. I lost 6lbs in one month. Nothing really. I felt more lively when I was taking them and that's a good thing! I had slight constipation for the first week but that soon passed. (read more)

I'm terrible at dieting & have tried everything under the sun. And I'm certainly not one to waste money on silly things! But this Adios really stuck out in my mind after seeing the commercial. They're easy to take, have no side effects and started helping me lose approx 2lb a week. At first they didn't seem to have an effect but like all things you're not going to lose weight quickly (it's also better to lose weight slowly then too fast as it stays off for longer) I've just bought my second... I have been eating healthily since march 07, with the aim of shedding just over 2 stones. In October I got stuck at the last 5lbs which refused to shed no matter what I did. Two weeks ago I brought some Adios tablets just to see if they helped, and I have shed 2lbs per week since I started them. I wouldn't recommend them as a long term solution, but they do seem to have lived up to their claim and given my metabolism a kick start.
Highly recommended.
