“Zanussi washer dryer”

Very good product. I've had it over 4 years and its used, on average, every day. I've had no problems at all with its reliability. It's lasted longer than my previous Hotpoint Aquarius (3 years). I bought it online from John Lewis so had an extra year's warranty. I didn't need it though. On the downside, the dryer takes ages, 30 minutes with a small load. I wouldn't recommend a washer/dryer but was limited with space. I'm going to get a separate dryer. I use the 40 and 60 super quick... (read more)

“Bought this model in Sept 2008. Sept 2009 it broke but...”

Bought this model in Sept 2008. Sept 2009 it broke but Zanussi replaced it under warranty. Can't complain much about that other than it should not have broke down. Now the replacement is faulty and not working properly. So that is 2 failures in 3.5 years. Ithought Zanussi was meant to be a quality product. Stay away from them. (read more)

My Zanussi ZWD 12270W washes fine. But I'm not happy with the drier (much too slow), so I bought a separate drier AFTER buying this washer drier. The other drier is excellent! & I'll never buy a combined washer drier again.
I do 1-3 washes a day, 3-4 days per week, most weeks, mostly on synthetic or cotton 40' super quick washes with additional rinse, & also on delicates or handwash settings.
