    I can't think of too much to say except Easy 2 is amazing. I have dropped 2 sizes in 4 weeks and I haven't even realized that I am not hungry

    I have dieted periodically over many years only to give up or cheat frequently making the diet long and drawn out. I have never experienced anything like this where I have not had to restrict myself from eating anything. I really did not feel the need to eat
