The Wrong Kind Of Snow is a great book about the ever talked about British weather. There's an entry for each day of the year, each one desribing random stuff that has been attributed to the unpredictible weather that us Brits have come to know and love; the invention of windscreen wipers and the day the hot weather in London caused a horrific smell and resulted in the invention of the sewage system are just a couple of nuggets this book has to offer.

This is a humorous look at a subject most people never tire of talking about, and for this reason the book makes fabulous toilet reading for almost anyone! Great if you can't think of a xmas gift for someone.
