  the BT freestyle 350 phone is useless,great to look at,bought a 2 handset set and recommended it to my parents (they bought one),now all the buttons dont function properly on ours and my parents,if you need to ring somone ie:sky with multi options when you press what you think is the right button you dont get through to right department (I KNOW THIS FROM EXPERIENCE),i have had to buy a new phone,dont buy this model,
  better info when buying would have been better.

  To get the most out of this BT Freestyle 350 system download and READ the full user manual. The quick start guide supplied is just that and is no use for ongoing use.
  
  Works well, reasonable wireless coverage in the house and includes date and time stamp if away for several days. Can use own personal outgoing messages(recommended). Phone is similar to a mobile to use and includes SMS.
  
  Not really for the IT challenged!!

  Really disappointed with this phone. Quite expensive for the quad set, but they are very poor quality. The front fascia panels chip and scratched really easily and the volume, even set at the highest level is not good enough. Three out of the four phones in the set fail to charge correctly and one phone is completely unchargeable. This is under one year's use.

  All in all not recommended... for the price it should be much better. sound keeps disappearing when someone talks. (Had replacement and still does the same) No indicator to say that there has been a call. You have to pick phone up and press buttons,to find out. SMS is not predictive. Has loads of different ring tones, on handset, but not as many on the base. So different tones for base and handset. Music carries on for 5 seconds after the caller has hung up. (I tried it with my mobile)
