Put a claim in to Swinton's underwriter's (Axa) due to volcano disruption - (stuck in Europe for 5 days longer than planned) - rejected as the volcano was 'not covered in the policy'. What is the point of insurance ? Don't use Swinton or Axa ever again. (read more)
