    Good Points: Food was great, able to get a lot of exercise. Staff nice, though in my opinion not overly helpful.


    Bad Points: I would argue there was bugs everywhere along with dust, not at all hygenic. I think it was actually pretty disgusting.


    General comments: I would advise to stay off campus and definitely rent a car if you want to go here.

    Customer service does not seem to be in the vocabulary of the managers or owners of this resort. I requested a partial refund (trying to be at least fair). My credit card was billed the full amount although I never saw or signed a final bill. After weeks of calling, I send a letter of request for the refund and they would not respond. So, not only would they not respond to requests for the room to be cleaned, they are now not responding to calls or letters of complaint. And they tout themsel ...
