I had a very enjoyable experience doing buisness with Inter-County.com. Spoke to a chap over the phone, asking about delivery times.He promised me next day delivery as they were doing a drop up north on the next day. His promise was kept and the goods delivered on time.
The product it'self is a sturdy, well-built, and comfortable office chair that offers good support to back and neck.
All in all a good buisness in my experience :).

I have ordered classroom furniture worth £760. I did so because I thought 3 day delivery was excellent. I then got emailed telling me my items were only partially in stock despite the website saying different. They were quick to take my money though.

I was then told delivery would be 1 week. This then became 2 weeks. I have now been told the middle of January. I place the order in early November. Having contacted them on several occassions and not getting any joy from them I have cancelle ...

I rejected a few other furniture companies because they didn't look right and I ordered a chair from Intercounty and a guy phoned that afternoon to confirm. I enquired about the delivery time which was ten working days. I was offered the chance to get it earlier for an extra 10 pounds where this delivery option wasn't available at purchase, but I don't like companies doing that and I pointed that out. I ordered a chair from Inter County Office Furniture and was originally told it would take about 10 days to come. After more than 3 weeks and several phone calls later, I've had a variety of different excuses from the sales dept. I've now been told to wait for a phone call in the next couple of days and to expect delivery in another week - this will be nearly 5 weeks from the date of order. No one has offered to sort this out for me or call me back with a definite arrival date, I'm just suppose ...

Found the Intercounty website to be generally easy to use and most of the products are very competitively priced. Would definitely order from again. Desks are made to a really high standard, better than those I've bought from another supplier in the past that were wobbling and bending after 6 months. Website is really simple to use and very informative.

Bought 2 desks and 2 chairs from their website, which was very easy to use. Took 3 days to arrive, but that wasn't too bad, that's the only thing really stopping Inter County Office Furniture a getting 10 out of 10.

We bought 2 leather chairs from Inter County Office Furniture, and they'd arrived within a matter of days. Items were absolutely superb, and the customer services guy my colleague spoke to was very helpful in assisting us, and when we actually went online to order the items, the site was quick and easy to use.
