As a massive fan of Nigella Lawson, I'm loving the new series on BBC2 - Nigella Express. My husband recently bought me the Nigella Express book as a gift after reading book reviews that said it was great and it does not disappoint. It's packed with tasty treats and as the 'express' in the title indicates, the recipes are all really quick and easy - perfect for a busy mum. My kids love getting stuck into the food and even helped me make deserts from it on a couple of occasions.
Very inspirational and shows you that you don't have to spend ages preparing fresh, wholesome and tasty adventurous food. Like with all her books, makes a great read even when you're not in the kitchen!
