General comments: Personally as a permanently disabled person having to wear flat shoes using a walking stick, I find it almost impossible to find clothes size 24 to look elegant and feminine, the manufacturers tend to opt for frumpy clothes in clingy materials. Obtaining a supportive underwired pretty bra sized 42J is a nightmare, I cannot be the only person experiencing problems having the chioce of only one soft bra. There must be a niche in the market for other people in the same situation. I found this book excellent, good common sense approach and down to earth advice on real women's shapes. Once your individual shape or combination of shapes identified more specific details and advice are required as follow up reading. I keep my copy on my bedside table to revisit on a regular basis.

Written in their down to earth style which is very refreshing. They seem to have nailed just about every combo of body shapes out there, & some i hadn't even thought existed. Style advice is, as ever, sensible & realistic...if you happen to have any of their other books that deal with what colours to wear in addition - you've will have to be a style diva.
If you love Trinny & Suzannah, you will love this book.

I've always loved Trinny & Susannah and their latest book, the body shape bible is a really good read. Very good advice for real women and the fact that they have identified 12 different body types shows that they are aware of the many shapes and sizes that us women actually are! I found it really easy to identify my body shape and have actually taken some of their advice on board and bought some new clothes to suit my 'hourglass' figure.
