After applying for a general admin post they advertised on a large employment website, I got a phone call from them. After speaking to the consultant and going through my CV, doing the tests etc. I went home feeling less than confident. However, the next day I got a phonecall from them saying they have a post that has just come in that they would like to offer me - as I have NHS experience, they said that they would keep an eye out for NHS posts for myself - and sure enough, the following Monday I was in the post and were then taken on by the NHS and am still in the position 6 months later.

Only criticisms I have are the lack of communication between consultants as a lot of the time, information had to be said to different people numerous amounts of time. Naturally, it may have been a fluke that I got in a position three days after my interview but I would recomment Robert Half to anyone looking for a good job in a short amount of time.

Robert Half have a very bad and quite a cocky attitude towards the people they should be helping to find work. Very clear to me they are commission driven and not focused on serving their clients to find them the right job. They invite you for a small interview and chat with their staff to get to know you and find out what you are looking for at the beginning? However this no bearing and apparently means nothing when they get down to their work.
