    Good Points: Accurate
    Power
Introduction of a scope rail and scope is a nice feature

    Bad Points: Hard to pump

General comments: I purchased the Benjamin 392 Limited Edition in .22 from Crosman for $229 I got number 243 of 500. The new model features a new revised bolt handle, and a new grooved receiver. the scope that comes with it is a Crosman 3-9x40 with an adjustable objective and a mil-dot reticle. The stock is a beautiful wood stock with laser engraving and laser engraved checkering on both the forearm and on the pistol grip. At first the rifle was hard to pump but this got easier after the first 50 shots and the parts began to seat. After the rifle settled down, I proceeded to shoot some groups. I was using Crosman copperhead .22 pointed pellets. Not the best pellets in the word but it was all the local wal-mart had. The rifled brass barrel shot these pellets into a 1 inch circle at 30 yards at eight pumps. Not bad for these cheap pellets. I sighted the gun in for the full eight pumps because I intended to use it for squirrel hunting and wanted maximum knockdown power. The .22 pellet has much more authority than a .177 pellet. It knocks squirrels out of the trees out to 30 yards. The scope is great. It's adjustable objective allows you to make accurate range and drop estimations. It's short overall length makes it very handy in the woods. The only thing I don't like about the gun is that it is loud to pump. This isn't a problem if your just plinking but if you are hunting it can spook game. You have to pump your gun up before you get to your location. This eliminates that problem but you only get 1 shot. After that shot, if you miss every creature in the wood swill hear you pumping this beast up. It's possible to pump it fairly quietly, but it takes a lot of effort to do so. The only other thing that I don't like about it is that the metal is painted instead of blued. I'm not sure if you can blue brass or not so it might be necessary. Overall I really like it and should be worth a good deal of money in the future.
