Good Points: Starts recording as soon as its turned on with a user settable sliding window.
Bad Points: Too much trouble moving between view, edit and delete options. Edit option not user friendly. High speed transfer to DVD drops to real time if source on HDD is altered in any way.
General comments: Had the original Video/HDD recorder from JVC so had high hopes for this. However everything learned was forgotten Instead we got slow menus and convoluted editing options.
Seems to have limited life for people, ine has the first signs i.e."Loading" on display when turned on for a long time.
