Hindsite is a fabulous thing.....if only I ahd read these reviews before making any kind of payment. After experiencing problems with another web provider I had to quickly by another domain name as I was losing business. I pruchased my address and e-mail addresses from UKMX and all seemed. I cannot stress how utter rubbish the customer service is. I purchased the Site Builder facility only to be unable to upload images of a small capacity. Emailed to ask for a refund due to the service not being fit for purpose. I had a reply and offered the capacity increased but declined as I felt the service should have been there in the first place. Now they are not even replying to my emails and not refunding my money. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. Telephone messages are not returned and absolutely no reply to tens of emails. Do not waste your time with this company. Although setting up email and the website builder are pretty straight forward and effective, the support thereafter is non-existent and I've lost business because of it! AVOID. (read more)

I have two mailboxes from the UK Mail Exchange. The first mailbox I paid for created multiple issues. At first it wouldn't register on my iPhone or Macbook and only worked on the UKMX site. Paid for domain and emails, will not recieve emails or sync with mac mail/iPhone. Waste of money and time. Do not use. Also if you try calling you will need to call the surpic corporation instead. Paid £25 for domain name and email addressed. 36hrs later domain name still registered (came up still available on all other search sites) and emails not functioning. Predictably no response from contact message box, and equally predictably no phone number. Can't see any chance of getting money back, and my time is too valuable to spend on these charlatans. Went to Domainmonster and everything was up and running in 2 hrs with great phone customer service. Listen and learn. (read more)

omg i cant believe this website, it happend to me few days ago it didn't even occur to me the site was a scam!Till i emailed the customer support team and received no reply, what a bunch. I can't believe this has happend! I have reported it to the bank as they have debited me twice and also i don't want them to debit anymore from my account god knows they may do it every month, it's a yearly charge right??

I agree almost totally with this comment. The mail works OK (some addressees have difficulty accessing messages) but, and it is a very big but, their customer support is verging on the non-existant. They simply ignore emails.....

I am either going to issue proceedings against this company or drive 3 hours to their office and smash a few heads in.
This company is a joke, if you ever have a problem with your service (which I bet you my right arm you will have) then don't expect any help from these guys. I have sent 1-2 emails a day for 15 days BEGGING for help - EVERY email has been ignored.
Choose ANY company other than this.

The first thing is you can't you this service on your iphone, but the worse problem came when i renewed after a year, as soon as they took my money, my account no longer could receive emails.!! I have used UK Mail Exchange for my business e mail for three years. I have never had a problem with it. Recently I renewed and did not get any e mails for a day afterwards. I was concerned when I saw the reviews on here but I contacted the support team by e .mail and next day received a mail back apologising and my mail was sorted out and has worked fine since.

I have sent around 5 emails to support, they only replied to one which I sent, after that no replies....

Seriously, I bought a 500mb e mail account and domain, usually I am pretty cautious about who I shop with on the internet but I was in a rush to get a new product launched and jumped in double footed. Watch out- these guys are con artists- you won't get anything out of them. Although the invoice they send you might loo professional they will merely take your money and not provide a service. But the good news is that the fraud team are aware of them and are confident about closing them down and thier is also a campaign group against these guys. Brought a domain and the smallest mail box option for £25 a year. It took a few hours before i could login to the webmail. The webmail seemed easy to use, very similar to gmail or yahoo mail.
I also managed to get the email working on my phone, i had a few problems with the security settings and had to contact support for help, they got back to me a couple of days later with the correct settings for my phone.
So far have not had any spam email but the email address has only been up and...

My email system has been down now for three days since 23 November 2009 and I have sent numerous emails to support and even phoned HQ but only to get the answer machine. This system was working perfectly but my business is at risk and they are not responding to me.
Don't use them as they don't seem to care. As no-one is there to answer the phone on a Thursday day time I am assuming they may have gone bust.
