    My email system has been down now for three days since 23 November 2009 and I have sent numerous emails to support and even phoned HQ but only to get the answer machine. This system was working perfectly but my business is at risk and they are not responding to me.

    Don't use them as they don't seem to care. As no-one is there to answer the phone on a Thursday day time I am assuming they may have gone bust.

    I certainly wish to help to improve the service of UK Mail Exchange if I can. I think the lay out of the page is reasonably good but it would help if one could knew all the addresses of any associated organisations and have one page for each by marking clesrly home page so one can go to the same page and know the address and password will accepted one problem that does arise occasionly a crash which sets one back as far as the inernet because of business, the elements storms etc. which you can ...
