Bad Points: and the same with the bad points mentioned in general comment.
as a whole cannot find too many bad points apart from frustration with email addresses principally and address books as do no have all that many contacts I wondering whether doing things manually I can understand whwere people have a lo of contacts but for me, it might be better to do what suggesting aforesaid!

General comments: I certainly wish to help to improve the service of UK Mail Exchange if I can. I think the lay out of the page is reasonably good but it would help if one could knew all the addresses of any associated organisations and have one page for each by marking clesrly home page so one can go to the same page and know the address and password will accepted one problem that does arise occasionly a crash which sets one back as far as the inernet because of business, the elements storms etc. which you can always be held responsible for. I am lucky that have a fairly fast connection throug three and their dongle which is very handy if one carries it around alot. If I can think of some helpful suggestions I will pass them on. I get ideas when I least expect them, like my late father brilliant occasionly!

I would like to see abit help with constructing emails and addresses
because have had a few problems and sending newly created emails which do not seem to respond; if I receive emails from people I know and use reply it works. I would like to see box labeled new and perhaps an outbox. I have got the hand of writing text allright, it just the addresses the punctuation seems to trip me up. Why does the page display HTML at the bottom lefthand corner when I bring up an email either new or old? I have not quite got the hang of transferring picures to emails perhaps abit help would be helpful. I agree with most of the help adding a review.
