You are required to purchase a minimum of 5 mailboxes and you have to create an administrator to manage your account, but this counts as a mailbox that you can't use for mail. Web calendar never loaded. Secure login page has unsecure content on it requiring you to select "show all content" then it still does not seem to login until you refresh the page again. (read more)

I was without business email for nearly 24 hours from April 1 - April 2nd, 2012. I know I am not the only FuseMail user that was affected during that time and I know I am not the only one that is very annoyed with the way FuseMail handled the situation. They supposedly have a geo-redundant email hosting solution (announced in 2009) in place to prevent an outage like this from happening, but apparently that did nothing to prevent the problem or speed up the solution. My emails dissapeared this was the reply I got after 3 days...this is after being sold fuse mail as its has super backups and data secure!
I would like to apologize for the delay in replying to your support request and advise you that unfortunately the server that was holding a backup of the missing emails has recently crashed and we will be unable to restore that for you.

Sorry guys, it just does not work. Maybe easy to use, but doesn't work. Lots of features, storage, priced right, nice enough customer service, but nothing could EVER get resolved. I had tickets marked resolved that were not; tickets that magically got lost (I even had the email confirmation); etc, etc. I had to ask for an extension on the 14 day trial to try and get things straight! This company has the most rude support staff of any company. The reps are so arrogant and could care less about any customer. I can't beleive they are even in business. They hang up and tell you not to call back when you ask to speak to a manager. (read more)

Customer support advisers at fusemail can be very rude and patronising. They recently lost all of my folders and now want to charge me a fee to recover them.

I've been using fuse mail for about 4 months now, and have had non stop issues with the services outside e-mail, e-mail works great, its just all the other services that dont work. mainly the addressbook/calendar/tasks sync tools, LDAP services and even the "fuse" services for combining multiple accounts they boast about are intermittent at best in my experience. It frenquetly doesn't work in my experience! It takes quite a bit of time out of my day to have to fight with it to get it to work!
Overall, I do not recommend fusemail. I wish my employer would switch to another email program! (read more)

I have now been using FuseMail for about 9 months and must say that it is by far the best system I have used. I currently have 5 domains for 3 companies setup on the system and I am able to effectively receive and respond to these domains all from one place.
Uptime of the system has been 100% for me and I have had no problems with speed accessing the system from several countries in Europe (this was a concern for me at the start as FuseMail is US based).
