Good Points: NONE
Bad Points: Where do I start.....?
General comments: I wish I'd read this website before I ordered from Bloomin Delightful! To cut a long story short, I never received a confirmation of my order even though they immediately debited the money from my account. A couple of days later I called to check the order had been delivered and they claimed they could find no reference of it. Then a few hours later I got an email from the seemingly rudest employee I have ever dealt with telling me that I had given an incorrect address and therefore not only were they unable to process my order (or apparently pick up the phone to tell me this) but also that I was not entitled to a refund! I am aghast! Firstly I feel the address WAS NOT wrong. I checked with the recipient's PA and royal mail certainly deliver post there. Secondly, how on earth can I be charged for nothing?! I even checked their terms and conditions and apparently am entitled to a refund but they have said they cannot give me one. Luckily I only lost £20.00, but I'm determined to do all I can to stop this from happening to others.

My husband ordered a bouquet of red roses for my birthday. He had requested for them to be delivered on a Monday (my actual birthday) but they turned up on a Saturday and because we were away for the weekend (and so obviously no one answered the door), they were dumped on our doorstep for all and sundry to see that our house was obviously empty! Not to mention that it completely ruined the surprise for me (and for him!). When we complained to Bloomin Delightful - they said that it is in the t ...

On the 11/7/08 I ordered flowers via Bloomin Delightful's website for my wife's b/day, to be delivered on 14/7/08. Received an order confirmation email stating the product, delivery date, amt. Not only were the Flowers delivered a day late (15/7/08), there were only 12 flowers (I had ordered and paid for 20), the flowers were not in any water, the pic of the advertised product included some other little white flowers which was not included in the delivery. To make matters worse the flowers were ...

You pay for what you get which I found was not much. This is the third time i have used them. At Xmas they sent the wrong flowers on valantines they were nice but a day early and this weekend was my anniversary and they never arrived.
In my opinion, go to the market and get your own or go to inter flora. Lest you get the flowers

I ordered orange lilies from Bloomin Delightful for my grans birthday in may as those are her favourite flowers. They cost me £24.99 and when she got them they were white instead of oragnge. I was also charged twice for this but when i called bloomin delightful they said they have no record of any payment being taken. Not sure what to do. I've sent them bank statements but have still had no joy as of yet.

Husband sent me bouquet from Bloomin Delightful as he is serving in Afghanistan to cheer me up. Bouquet arrived but it appeared dead, no water at all and smelt foul. Rang customer services who agreed to send me a replacement. Three weeks later i am still waiting after numerous phone calls and e-mails. They have told me they have sent me three replacements but i swear i have never received any. In my opinion they are so unprofessional. They have not replied to my e-mails as of yet so please think ...

I ordered a bouquet to go to my friend in Paris as their website advertises they deliver to Europe.
I found out a few days after my friends Birthday the flowers were never received, after speaking to Blooming Delightful they said they no longer deliver to France, however they had debited 17.99 from my card.
I have since had an email confirming they were waiting on new card machines and therefore could not process my refund, I was assured my refund would be sorted. Still no refund as of yet. ...

spent 19.99 and thought i got a bargain! brought the gerbra special and I thought they looked like weeds, they were droopy and petals all bent. They were also cut to odd lengths and seemed about a week old!
Their customer service angered me. I thought the flowers were shocking and will never ever buy from them again.

The only good comment I can make was that the secretary was polite, I feel sorry for her having to tell me the refund was sent and that the cheque was in the post.

I suggest you be very careful when ordering online from this company. I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion which never arrived. I rang the day which I requested delivery as it was such a special occasion and was told they cannot track if the order has gone out or not. The order was never received and I was VERY disappointed. My c/card was charged and when I rang to advise this company I got a very rude response and was told to email the manager. I have phoned and sent 3 emails to the ...

Flowers were not delivered. Called Bloomin Delightful and was told have to wait 3 weeks to see if they were returned to company after non-delivery. Called many times, they never returned my calls.
'Service' does not exist for this company. Staff were not at all helpful.

* Completely the wrong flowers
* I feel it was not a luxury size as stated and paid for
* Arrived days early which spoiled the birthday present
* Inlcuded lillies which is associated with a bereavement
* I had no response to my calls to query the problem
* Flowers not wrapped as stated
* I did not receive a response to my email
The only good thing was that the company managed to deliver something to the door, and that it had the tag on stating that it was to the recipient ...

I sent flowers and a teddy and chocolates to my sister who was very poorly to cheer her up,she loved the flowers and the teddy is by her bedside always, excellent service and product. I am in the Midlands and she is in Scotland.-well done.
Would be a 10, but for misleading delivery date "glitch" on return email-could be clearer.

Nice web site. There are far too many to list for me. I pay moeny, they take my money and some flowers worth 5% of what I paid arrive.
Customers services and sales as far as I am aware have not yet replied to me.
And as far as I am concerned they deliver the wrong flowers.
Bloomin Delightful is not worth the money in my opinion.

I ordered flowers for mothers day and spent £30.00, described the colour of the flowers and the type. Something totally different arrived and it was similar to a cheap bunch (£2.99) you would get from the local garage.
Several messages left with sales and customers services - as far as I am aware I have not yet received a reply. Therefore I do not recommend Bloomin Delightful.
