    The best thing about them is free delivery and prices are sooooo cheap anyway, on some other websites they charge you extra even for a message card which i think its ridiculous! it been 4 times now i ordered flowers from them and im asolutely happy, paying £15 or £25 and getting flowers delivered to someone i think its brilliant service

    I recently placed two separate orders with this company, and both recipients were delighted with their bouquets. The flowers were fresh and fragrant. I'd placed the orders before having read some earlier reviews. Having read those reviews afterwards, I began to worry that I would be disappointed, but I'm delighted to have been proved wrong!     Blomming awful service!!! i ordered flowers at the weekend and wanted them to be delivered to my girlfriend on the tuesday. The flowers did not arrive! I quote from their website

    "For next day delivery all orders must be received by 3:30pm Monday to Friday, orders taken on the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday."

    Extremely poor quality flowers and when we complained, told that they only guarantee their flowers to last for 3 days after delivery. They refused to replace - disappointing and would never ever use again. A rip off!

    Flowers arrived a day late. Not at all impressed. Not so much as an apology from this company. The customer service is a disgrace.

    I have commenced legal proceedings against Bloomin Delightful for damages (loss of enjoyment). Would welcome any comments of good or poor service to present at hearing.

    Bought flowers and a balloon for my partners birthday which arrived the day before, no balloon... Tried emailing, phoning many times but no reply. WHY OH WHY did I not check for reviews before ordering...

    One of the worst internet companies I've ever dealt with. Flowers were supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days and the company promised a full refund if this is not the case. The flowers were received after 4 days and after speaking to customewr service they said we cant give you a refund without a rational!

    What a waste of space this company is - NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

    Blooming Delightful my foot!!What a load of rubbish!!!     Charged twice for one bouquet, despite numerous emails, letters and their promises , I have never received my money back from this company.
    With all these negative comments I am very suprised Bloomin Delightful are still trading.

    As everyone else in here I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying from Bloomin Delightful!!! I wanted to send my friend a surprise bday arrangement at her office - looked at all websites and none would allow me to select the date for delivery, however Blooming Delightful did, only to then not meet the date and deliver the flowers 4 days later - I could have bought them from Interflora for less and they would have looked fuller.... after complaining, they kept quoting the small print sayi ...

    As all the other sensible people NEVER will I use Bloomin Delightful, my flowers were dead on arrival and not worth tuppence, my e-mail has not been answered, tomorrow I will be reporting to trading standards and will also give the managers at bloomin AWFUL a piece of my mind.

    Last October I ordered flowers for my wedding for 17th February of this year. A week before the wedding I phoned Blooming Delightful just to confirm the booking, and was told that although they could still do my flowers, they were changing the delivery date to two days before my wedding rather than the day before as prearranged. I was unhappy with this incase they didn't stay fresh, and also was unhappy that they didn't contact me to let me know this, but went ahead anyway.

    Blooming Delightful - nothing delightful about this company. I paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered and received confirmation that it would be delivered on 2nd September and today (5th September) they had still not been received When I tried to telephone them today (Saturday) they don't open. I'm now faced with having to order another bouquet and not sure if I will get my money back. Too risky, they're not that cheap either, you'd be better to go to Interflora!!! Definitely wont be ...

    I've used Bloomin Delightful lots of times with no problem until this week when i realised too late that i'd put the wrong number for the address, the postcode was correct though. I couldn't get through on the phone and the e mail link wasn't working either. By the time i made contact it was too late. they offered to resend the flowers for £8 but by this time i'd found all these adverse reviews and didn't want to take the risk. but hey!     Had to chase Bloomin Delightful for order confirmation which was received shortly after. Surprise, surprise, no delivery today on my mother's birthday. Only wish I'd have seen this beforehand. I've emailed for a full refund but I imagine that's not going to happen. Will contact Trading Standards.

    Bloomin Disgusting is what they should be called !! I ordered flowers for my friend as she had baby sat my daughter whilst I was at a wedding. They did not arrive on the date which they said they would. They then turned up 2 weeks later. They were delivered to my friends door, when she opened the box the flowers inside were UNRECOGNISABLE, DECOMPOSED, MOULDY AND THE SMELL WAS UNBEARABLE. I cannot tell you how bad it was.     Bloomin Delightful quoted a date that they don't work on, ignored my email to cancel (it missed my anniversary by 4 days), sent my flowers to the wrong address and then told me that they'd take "further action" if I refused to pay. Awful! They don't even deserve one star!
