I asked for flowers to be delivered on mothers day and they did not turn up until 3 days later when I complained the advisor was extremely rude and hung up on me. I am still waiitng for my money back now nearly 3 months later. What has happened. I had always had good service and beautiful flowers. But in April ordered flowers for my mother's birthday early in May but about week before got email to say couldn't fulfil order and money would be refunded. "Bloomin delightful is absolutely bloomin terrible. Firstly it is impossible to reach them by phone. I wish I had read the reviews for this so called company! I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for my mothers 80th birthday and they never arrived! Alarm bells rang when I didn't receive an order of confirmation from them, they charged me 75p for using my DEBIT card and I have had no response to my email from them. My daughter ordered from Bloomin Delightful from Australia for my birthday. When received the box was soaking wet consequently there was no water left in the flowers ( which looked half dead). Ordered a delivery for a specific date and once ordered and emailed received it showed it could take 1-2 days. So contacted them and they said it wasn't going to arrive today due to the order time. So why allow you to pick a date thats not a possible delivery date. My Mum was sent a replacement arrangement as the one ordered was not in stock.....seemingly they have the right to do this and this would be fine if the replacement was acceptable and not something that left you embarrassed with your gift,they were dreadful and no effort was made to satisfy my grievance . Bloomin delights asked the review centre to ask me to contact someone called Samantha at bloomin as I put a negative review ( see bloomin terrible review). The review centre said that samantha wanted to resolve my complaint. When I contacted her she was throwing terms and conditions down my neck about the small print. I told her I was confused as I thought she wanted to resolve the issue. She said she didn't and just wanted to check my complaint was genuine. She reckoned that there was loads of false reviews on here, which I don't believe as I know how poor they are. I told her I have complained to trading standards and citizens advice. She then said trading standards had approved her terms and conditions. Shocking customer service. I'm even angrier now!

I was contacted by Review centre too asking for me to e-mail samantha because "as a company who take customer service & negative comments very seriously they were very concerned to hear my comments. Thought this was very ironic, given I had sent approx 10 e-mails to them over the last 10 days, while waiting for the flowers (which were completely poxy when they did arrive!) and the hadn't replied, other than standard t&cs balony. After my solicitors e-mail to bloomin awful, guess what?? An immediate offer of refund! Had they just done that originally I would of accepted that & put it down to bad experience. Having ordered from Bloomindelightful late on the Thursday before Easter weekend, I was surprised to see that they gave an estimated delivery date of Saturday. They won't let you cancel, says in their T&Cs that as a perishable item, cancellation in not allowed. I ordered flowers last thursday 28th, website showed delivery on Friday 29th,....guess what? still no flowers! Very angry. Review centre contacted me today saying Samantha from 'Bloomin Terrible', opps I mean 'Bloomin Delightful' wanted me to email her to resolve this issue. I have also had a lot of hassle from this company I ordered 'next day' (a week in advance) flowers, chocolates a teddy and balloon for my best friends birthday last year as we live hundreds of miles away from each other. So I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. The page told me if I ordered before five they would be delivered the same day. After I entered all my bank details it explained they do not do same day delivery. The flowers actually turned up three days late!! In such a mess, dead, broken, stems snapped. Ballon half the size as advertised. Card could not be used as the typing sticker had been placed upside down. Delivery was 2 days earlier than arranged which meant they were dead with no water at the bottom and could not be given for Mothers Day. Better bouquet bought from Tesco and half the price. Customer service not very good still trying to get the issue resolved, no refund is allowed just a replacement of flowers. I would certainly not recommend this website to anyone! (read more)

I ordered bouquet of a dozen red roses for Valentines Day for my lady , 3 days in advance to ensure delivery on the day. Bouquet delivered the day before , and with 11 flowers not 12 . Liked the Bloomin delightful's website and obviously the price so I ordered a bunch of flowers for my boyfriend mother for her birthday. I ordered flowers to be delivered, they took my money. Emailed me back to say they would be unable to process the order and a full refund within 2 to 3 working days. ?.......still no refund 14 days on. I have a email address that doesn, t recieve my enquires. No contact number to call?........ worst flower company ever!!,,,,,,,

I was taking legal action due to flowers taking a week to be delivered then being a pile of old weeds when they finally did arrive! My solicitor looking into it, but looks as thought they've closed, hence no phones being answered or e-mails returned :-(

I agree, it seems this company really do like to hit you hard. First by disappointing and not honouring their agreement and secondary with keeping your money.
