    We operate a very large and serious web site, dealing with over 2 million page views each month and an average of 600,000 http requests every day. This site has been hosted with avious companies over the years and for the past 18 months has been on a CWCS dedicated server. Migration was painless (relativelt speaking). When an issue did finally arise, it was of a very technical nature and the technicians couldn't help. Typically the support engineers lack communications skills, and are not that progicient. No worse than at any other company, but certainly not level 3 experts like myself, and it would have been nice to be aware of this before migrating to CWCS. Despite now having our confidence shaken in CWCS, I have been unable to find a better alternative taking price into consideration. I'd give them 8/10

    We have been using CWCS since Karl answered the phone and I never hesitate to recommend their services to others. They are a great company to work with and we have always had great service from them.

    If you are looking for reliable hosting I wouldn't look any further, they are not the cheapest but when has the best ever been the cheapest.

    An absolutly terrible company. I would recommend them to my enemy, let alone a friend. The service i recieved was beyond a joke. Gemma the Accounts manager gave an excuse that she was unable to find our account information and Mike the customer service rep (i think there is only 6 people at the entire company) needs a good lesson in customer services!

    All in all a JOKE! Do not use them.

    Choosing a new hosting solution for a website should, in theory, be an easy decision. However, with some many companies offering the same service, I chose CWCS after doing my research and I am pleased to say that they have exceeded my expectations. If anything, they have now set a standard which I would measure against any other hosts.

    CWCS are an extremely proactive company. I was extremely impressed with the first communications I had with them when I was first thinking about moving my domains to their services - the sales team were friendly and extremely helpful in answering my queries.

    Once set up (which was extremely easy), any problems that I have had have always been dealt with in an efficient and helpful manner. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending CWCS to friends, people setting up a basic website ...

    I've had a Virtual Private Server with CWCS for a few years now. Set-up was fast, I was able to easily transfer existing sites from my previous VPS without any trouble. Support has always been good (including a few out-of-hours emergencies on the weekend or late at night). Compared to previous companies I'd tried the support guys seemed more switched on, and friendly. Downtime has been minimal and short-lived (down to network issues on the way to the Nottingham centre).

    The migration of any website from one webhost to another can be a frustrating, tedious and worrying process. The staff at CWCS has helped in calming my fears, making me feel welcome, and bending over backwards to sort any teething troubles I have had.

    The only thing I haven't liked so far is the contact approach of having one email for support, one for billing, and one for sales. When I transferred domain names over and wanted them as a domain alias, I had to contact billing to pay for this se ...

    i started hosting with cwcs around 6 months ago and so far i havent got any complaints.. theyre easy to deal with over the phone and even called me to make sure i was happy with everything. their tech team are quick at responding and have helped me with with things beyond the normal call of duty i would expect from someone in that role. i only have a cheap starter plan but feels like im getting a level of service like i have an expensive server! top job!

    After about a month of trying to view my propergated website from CWCS there's still no sign of it plus ive wasted a month's hosting and a month of my time, to me there welcome message were set out all over the place and to be honest i was not clear what to fill in to the FTP data field, the "see the welcome message" e-mail wasn't helpful... I had to download filezilla but after trying to transfer, this hasn't helped me still, overall i'm having a rough time with the whole thing!!

    What I like about CSCS hosting services is that it is a very reliable I got tired of other Internet providers charging a lot of money and my website was not available because of different problems with the hosting. Also I think it is good value for money because I have 1000 Mb to upload files and 2000 Mb traffic. for my needs it is perfect. Another excellent point is the support. I am really happy with the service.

    I have been with CWCS for about 9 years. First with a virtual server when I had a web design business, and now as an individual with my own business web site.

    Hosting is no-fuss and reliable. It is always there. Downtime is virtually non-existant.

    Easy transfer from old hosting company, control panel easy to use, very helpful on the phone. I made the move due to excessive down time with my old hosting company. The move was quick and easy, time will tell about the overall service but so far nothing but praise for CWCS

    Very simple and Rapid set-up. Quality and trusted Control Panel and facilities.
    Superb communications and 'can do' attitude from staff.
    Generally a very satisfied customer who would have no qualms recommending CWCS to clients and friends.

    www.cwcs.co.uk has good price/performance. Now recommend CWCS to our clients for web hosting. Good, responsive support, good performance, really can't complain about anything.

    It took us a long time to evaluate the market place. cwcs cut the mustard!
    cwcs provide a friendly, proffesional and technically profficient service. A very hands on team and no call centers! moving hosts and getting the right support can be a traumatic experience.our fears were allayed.

    Compared to other reviews CWCS in my experience has been very poor. I have written an honest review on CWCS and hope you take the time to read it. As with all new suppliers, we give them a demo. As a test and the future potential hosting of 200 domains, we recently signed up for their reseller v2 option, we had problems from the start. We could not obtain any ftp access to any accounts we setup, we contacted tech support with the details and not going into too much detail, they were clueless. Th ...

    I have used CWCS for over a year now after tying many hosts. These include Webfusion, Hostway, Heart Internet, Fasthosts, Donhosts and Xcalibre. CWCS has outperformed all of these hosts on most levels.

    Their customer service is very good and always pleasant and helpful. The same can be said for their support. What I do like about their support is you don't get some patronising techy talking down at you. They are always helpful and explain what is happening.

    Having used CWCS for the past 2 years within a commercial environment, I have been very impressed with their service from start to finish.
