General comments: The Teac CX-200IDAB feels and looks good - the build quality appears to be of a high standard; leads and plugs are well-made and substantial. Speaker leads are phono male at each end, so it is easy to extend the distance from the base unit, if the room dimensions require it. The sound is excellent. I have it in a conservatory that is 14 ft wide and 28 ft long - it is loud enough and there is no "hole in the middle" with the speakers 14 ft apart. The quality of the DAB reception is excellent and we live in an area of relatively poor reception. Ease of set-up and use is straightforward. Finally, as an iPOD dock (main use with us) it is excellent and the remote control covers most of the iPOD functions (minus the display, of course). It does exactly what the spec claims. I am glad we bought it and would do so again. You might want to note that our other sound systems are Bose and QUAD + B & W, so we have fairly exacting taste.
