This product is ok- I use their web hosting and webmail services. Whenever there is a problem (which doesn't happen all that often) then there is an online help chat which gets answered after about 10 minutes. As I say, this is nothing spectacular but keeps on working so it's not outrageous for the money!

I've been with freezone since the early 90's, i have several domains hosted with them as well. a little miffed to find that my emails and address' have all gone due to a server crash, the saving grace were the tech guys who have set up a new mail account and then helped to get it working via remote link, thanks Oliver & David

been with freezone since beginning been awfull last few weeks but now problems seem to have been resolved but oliver finn brilliant help on the live chat. STILL VERY ANNOYED THOUGH THAT DURING THERE CRASH I LOST THE EMAIL ADDRESS I HAVE HAD FOR OVER 15 YEARS!!!! they have said they set it up on my new email as an alias (dubious how well / long that will work) and hate new fz number email address prefix - Surely there must havew been some way of keeping my old address?????????????

the email program is not very good but freezone web service host is great. and the online help is awesome. Thanks.

Having suffered a webmail failure, I found the online support at Freezone very effective for chat - the responses were fast without much waiting around. My problem took some time to solve though - over a week in fact - but once I started chatting with Oliver Finn, progress with the problem was much quicker. Having continuity with Oliver over a few days was good, because he knew the history of the problem, and was responsive and clear. Turns out there was a server upgrade that caused my problem, and a number of people were needed to solve the problem, for which I'm very grateful. If the server upgrade was done more diligently in the first place, the webmail would not have failed. Anyway, many thanks to everyone involved in getting it working again - much appreciated, and good work.
