Good Points: Instant Information controls, good communication facilities in place.
Bad Points: Our website is currently down, we have had a number of incidents where this has happened - no information given as to why. They don't deal with enquiries in a prompt manner, in my opinion. 24/7 support (Email Only) what's the point - you might as well have a week off. Support needs to be instant.
General comments: We require our website being up and running 100%, a large proportion of sales come through internet sales - We can't afford the loss of service. Customers will not bother coming back if the service of the internet is not maintained.
If maintenance is planned then they need to make arrangements for this. Who knows - if this is the case because they don't provide any information.

Signed up to freezone online and within 5 minutes I had all my ftp log in details and login details for the Plesk 7 control panel. Within half an hour of ordering a domain and hosting package. I had my e-mails and website set up and working beautifully. Highly recommended, go Free Zone!

Free Zone made it very awkward for me to transfer away, in my opinion charging silly prices and then dragging it out by making me submit every piece of id ever known to man. Their staff were unhelpful and discourteous.! Waste of money for me and very hard to get rid of, don't recommend Free Zone.
