Today when I was talking to the technician I found two things that can be improved. The first one is that if customers are allowed to change the IP's for the ns records themselves, then we (the customers) don't have to spend an extra time opening a ticket or chatting with someone to fix the problem. “Been with them 3 years and 99.5% uptime only”

They advertise as having 99.95% uptime, but only in something like three months over the past three years have I had 99.95% or better uptime on Windows Shared Hosting, Bronze package. I'm measuring 99.5% using two external checkers. eUKHosts say "well switch to VPS or Dedicated Servers". Hm. False advertising, I'd say. And no refunds (not even part-refunds) and no apologies for poor availability (0.5% downtime is TEN TIMES the downtime I'm expecting). The conversations about help tend… Read Full Review

“Hosting upgrade”

Tonight I was trying to upgrade my hosting package. Found the website a bit difficult to navigate and struggled to do so. Couldn't find any details were I expected them to be. The whole website in my opinion is not very intuitive and easy to navigate. Decided to use Live Chat. Adam Smith was very helpfull and guided me through the whole process. Actually he did it for me! “EUK Host services”

I have taken hosting services from eUKHost from last one year. Services are good and specially the Chat support I like. Because at any point of time you need any support you can chat with technical team of eUKHost. Sometimes I have faced server down and other critical issues as well, but the best part is that they resolved the same within 1-2 hours and senior management is also take care properly.
