Meltus Chesty Coughs Adult is the strongest and fasted cough medicine if ever used but it is also the most disgusting! The texture is a black thick syrup that really is the worst i've ever tasted but it does the job and you'll be amazed at how quickly you start to feel better!

Got rid of my sore throat and cough within a few days, has a secure cap fitting and needs it as the taste of the liquid reminds me of a toffee I used to have as a child.
